Clean, next to metro stop, some good restaurants nearby

They were not upfront about fees. Said breakfast was downstairs in the morning, no mention that it actually costs 10 euro per person per day... we could do much cheaper elsewhere for something with a lot less carbs.

Would like more English speaking - Paris is a tourist city after all! No fault of the hotel, but I did not like the location at all. Too busy and noisy, will do more homework next time!

Center of the city! Not SUPER touristy which was nice. And very clean. Friendly staff and GREAT AC.

Only think about this was the shower. If you're tall our larger, the shower is so tiny. And where the handle is located makes it easy for you to accidentally shut the water off with your body.

Upon our arrival we were greeted warmly and provided prompt service and made to feel welcomed. We can’t say enough about all of the staff’s wonderful attitudes and kindness. They made us feel at home. Shoutout to the breakfast team who worked tirelessly to ensure all the customers were well taken care of, in spite of the limited breakfast area they had to work with.Also would like to mention Fata, the lovely lady who took such great care of our room, ensuring we had plenty of clean towels, coffee and a spotless room.

Be prepared…rooms are small, but nicely appointed and the location cannot be beat.

It was a quick pick for 1 night. The manager was lovely and accommodating. The breakfast was ample.

Unfortunately not to my standards. Clean but basic. 1 night was enough.

The shower was in a tub. It was gross and then I slipped and fell getting out, hitting my head and shoulder and cut my leg on the half glass door. After pulling myself together, I told the front desk about the bump on my head. He told me to go to the pharmacy to get an ice pack which didn’t open for another 2 hours. No offer for a bag of ice. I said I wanted an alternate place to shower, he said he would check. There was zero follow up. There are so many cute places to stay in Paris, but this place had zero customer service and less great facilities.

We slept in our bed we were very tiered . Next morning I noticed your bedsheets were dirty and had, feces mark. I called your receptionist to guy refused to bring new sheets and forced me to come down to get new ones, and were the wrong size. You runed the perfect Paris experience.,

Friendly housekeeping staff and waitstaff in dining room.

General condition of common areas in particular the dirty carpets. Bathroom is too narrow; needed to scoot sideways to use the sink.

Fabulous location a few steps from the metro and surrounded by bars and restaurants and easy access to all the independent shops and atmosphere of the Marais district, We used Uber mainly to get around and that worked smoothly. The hotel is next to an extremely popular young persons bar but we had no noise at all from there. The room was very clean and warm but also had aircon which worked for hotter weather. The shower worked efficiently. The room was cleaned daily. A good choice of cold breakfast items although would have appreciated some fresh proper croissants as we were in Paris! Bed was a standard double and comfy. There is a tiny lift but it works!

Arrival was very underwhelming- the man behind the desk did not welcome us, make eye contact, show us our room or offer to help with luggage. Just a cursory advice of breakfast times. The reception area is small and there is no conviviality with other guests as no bar etc But it did have everything we needed and a great location so fine for a short stay.

The location is great, the metro is right in front of the hotel and the staff were friendly. The breakfast was excellent. We had two rooms and they were spotless. Some people complained about the rooms being small, but both the room and the bathroom were perfectly adequate. I was very satisfied. if I come again, I would choose this place again

This dissatisfaction has nothing to do with the hotel. it’s just because the location is very central and there are bars and cafés around so it was quite noisy at night. But it still didn’t stop me from having a good sleep :)

bathroom is small. Bathtub so small, it needs an anti slip on bathtub to avoid slipping when showering.

Great breakfast that got me started for the day! The location is awesome. Great vintage shops, cafes and restaurants. The room was a good space and handy to have a lift (as I’m currently pregnant)

Small hotel in a wonderful location only thirty meter far from the metro, differents restaurants and supermarket. Also at a walking distance far from Notre Dame.
