The staff (friendly and professional) and the location - one of the premier shopping/intellectual areas of Paris. While is room is small, the bathroom is completely modern and recently redone.

They did not have ice buckets for every room... But we were ok!

We had a great stay. The staff were amazing — genuinely welcoming, helpful, and attentive throughout. They truly made our experience better. The manager in particular stood out for being caring and making sure everything was up to standard.The rooms were on the smaller side, but they were beautifully maintained, very clean, and extremely comfortable.The location was excellent, surrounded by convenience stores, cafés, and restaurants, which made everything easy and accessible.

Nice location, plenty of restaurants nearby, ten minutes' walk to the river and sights. Taxi rank a short distance from the hotel. Very good breakfast, high-quality food, nice selection.

We had three rooms, two for one person and one for two people. All were same size. I think the room for two people was quite small. It could have been a little bigger, especially the bed. But overall, it was a nice hotel in a 17th-century building, which means narrow staircases and small rooms.We would have appreciated a table for four in the breakfast room. There were only tables for two, so our team of four couldn't find tables next to each other and had to split up for breakfast.

Exceptional staff. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Location is great in the middle of St Germain

The location of the hotel is very nice

unfortunately there was no lift to my room. i had to carry my luggage for 2 floors without any help offer from the hotel

As I have been a regular customer at this hotel for many years, I think some of the apartments need some furniture renovation. In the one I stayed in recently, several doors were defective.

Exceptional politeness, very helpful, quiet understated elegance, excellent location just outside tourist hubs, near Bon Marche and le grand epecerie, lovely elegant location, super clean and elegant rooms, beautiful hotel in every way , very highly recommended

Excellently located in Saint Germain de Pres. Very well maintained property beautifully decorated for Christmas. Very courteous staff.

This was our second stay at this hotel. The first time was excellent. This time however, we were given a room that you could hardly turn around in.There was no place for suitcases. In addition the toilet overflowed each time it was flushed and the last day we were there, I spent an hour cleaning up the shit which overflowed into the bathroom. It took three calls to convince the management to send someone to make repairs. I don't think we shall be returning to rue des Saints Peres as the value of this hotel is not worth the price of a room.

The entire six day stay: room far too small; No bidet; wo people could not fit into the bathroom at the same time.BUT the major problem was the overflowing toilet!!!

The rooms had the character I was looking for and the hotel was and easy metro ride or walk to the places I wanted to visit. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Communication before arrival to the hotel made the transportation from the airport very easy. We enjoyed our stay.

Just what we wanted. Very Parisienne, traditional hotel with good amenities in a quiet street on the Left Bank. Near to many restaurants. Loved the courtyard. Wish we could have stayed longer (only had two nights).

The lift (elevator) in our wing was tiny but it worked and was useful when we had luggage. We laughed - not for sharing with strangers. It's a beautiful old building so a larger one wouldn't be possible.

The hotel was highly recommended by a friend. When I arrived my room had been upgraded. I enjoyed being able to have a breakfast every morning and the location was lovely. I was in Paris for Art Basel
