    Pros +

    • This tiny room is adequately equipped and the hotel is in a good location right next to the Folies Bergers in the theatre district. Montmartre is close as is Gare du Nord and the Louvre in the opposite direction. Clean but very small - good for a short stay.
    • Location was perfect. The balcony view was a bonus.
    • The room was great, the location was even better! Walking distance to so many interesting places and easy access to transit. The area had a nice charm and vibe to it.

    Cons -

    • The hotel has a policy of leaving your key st the front desk when you leave for the day. Strsnge.
    • The room was a bit small.

The location is perfect, close to train station, easy to access to the city center and all the place in Genoa in walking distance. the apartment is safe, very clean, with full facility, good size and the staff was nice and friendly

the weather was so cold , we have to use the aircondition over night and it was bit noise, but it's not a big deal.

The location, the daily cleaning, the 24/7 reception. All rooms had central air which is great for the summer.

It was quite cold in one of our rooms. You could hear the draft from outside, the other room was able to heat quick because of the low ceilings. The only downside is the cold.

Nice staff, especially one receptionist can’t remember his name correctly but it was a black male in his ~40/50s. Very kind man.

When booking this we already saw the reviews about the smell in the toilets but we decided to ignore it because most people said it didn’t bother them or that it wasn’t that big of an issue. Well i’m here to tell you that it was. Everytime we came back in our room that sewer like smell was back. Then when we opened the toilet it became worse and we just could not get rid of the smell. People in reviews also noted that it’s like that in more hotels around Paris, but i’ve stayed in plenty hotels here in Paris and never encountered this issue. Especially in a 3 star hotel. Safe to say that I’m disappointed about this. If the price was like half then i’d be fine, but it still came out to ~€70 a night per person so not that great value for your money. Also the cleaners would still come in your room even though you’d have the do not disturb sign hanging on your door which was quite annoying. Other than this we have no complaints.

Very nice location, close to the city center, close to public transport, very nice staff

The only problem we had it was the air conditioning, being the only heating source it was really slow and it took a lot to heat the room. A better heating source should be installed

Clean and comfortable. Noise was not an issue.

Location, but it's Paris and it was still wonderful.

Stayed second time in this hotel. Good price for room of this size, 2 sleeping areas located far from each other, so it's a good option while family travel. The location is convinient between metro stations and in walking distance from downtown.

Very narrow passes inside room. Strange bathroom with 2 non-convinient sinks. Fridge is available, but poorly working. Noisy air conditioners.

    Cosy and helpful!

A bit noisy but the view on the balcony made every day

Location wise is Ok in the district we wabted to. Its an old building. Our room was on the top floor and it had a balcony which made the hole parisin experience better.

The bathroom didnt have a good ventilarion system. The sink was like insdustrial and with a very tiny mirror and almost not place to put even the tooth brush. The bedsheets were ok but honestly could ve better as it hardly covers you .The staff was well very Paris like. Like 0 interest in helping or answer your questions he was in bad mood always. But i guess is the Standard.

I stayed at Wit Hotel for just one night and chose it because of its location. It is close to Le Grand Rex, Pigalle, and Montmartre. The room was in the attic and was suitable for one person. The accommodation was really comfortable. The hotel staff—both the day and night shifts—were very friendly. I booked breakfast on site. The hotel is close to great places to eat and the main attractions, both on foot and by public transport. The area is pleasant, safe, and great for both business and leisure travelers, as well as women traveling alone. The room was nice, clean, renovated, and large enough for a city with centuries of history ;) I can recommend the hotel!

Room 11 was good, no windows on the street side.

    I saw a bug there.

    6HaticePosted on: 10-17-2025

The location was very central, so that was the main benefit. The room and bathroom were basic (on the photographs it looks a bit more fancy), but clean.

The bed was very tiny for 2. The fridge was not working (light was switching on and off). The most annoying part was the fact that it was very noisy: you could literally hear everything from the neighbours and what was going on in the hallway.

    10JosephinePosted on: 10-15-2025

Close to Metro and accesible, location is great and close to restaurant.

    9BeataPosted on: 10-14-2025

The location was great for us. Staff was friendly.Small little place with very close location to Folies Begère and Cadet Metro.

Great location close to everything.Overall was good.

I prefer rooms without carpet it is more hygienic. The bed had a synthetic-feeling mattress cover, that felt a bit uncomfortable.

Great location. Nice hotel interior. Man on reception was polite and quick (so I'm not sure why there are so many complains regarding this, maybe it's a different person). Elevator.I've had a room on the third floor. It was bigger than I expected and pretty clean (there were some marks here and there, but I'm not sure they can be removed, nothing gross). Bed was nice and comfy. Also I loved the bathroom: spacious (with a bath tube) and clean. I loved the view on the building across the road. There was an A/C (but I didn't need to use it in the first week of October).

A/C unit was very noisy. Although I didn't use it, there was some noise coming from its side from time to time (like every 5 or 15 minutes, I'm not sure as if A/C was on Auto somewhere else). I usually don't have much problems sleeping in noisy environments, but here my second night (after I purchased an earplugs) was much better. Also there was some low-frequency noise that even caused minor vibration late evening. I'm not sure where it came from. If you cannot sleep with an earplugs and/or if you a light-sleeper, it may be a problem.Wi-fi was weak and I had to turn in off and just use the cellular data.
