    Location was good.

Room was uncomfortable, bed as well. Breakfast not good.

The location of the hotel is quite good, close to several metro stations and with plenty of restaurants nearby. The room size is good,

The sound isolation of the room is really bad. It was really hard to sleep with all the noise coming from the street below and the other rooms. The bed is not really comfortable.

The staff. That’s about it really. Very expensive for what we actually got. Im looking for extremely comfy beds, decent showers for the money we paid.

Shower had virtually no water pressure and not very hot, very poor. Cleaners never came. Although I have to say any time I requested towels etc it was never an issue. Bed not very comfortable.

Well located, friendly staff, good breakfast, good value overall, tiniest elevator in the world

You got what you pay for so it's not fancy. We had a missing remote control...

The location was amazing. Staff were kind and helpful.( Thank you for keeping our chocolate presents chilled!) Hotel was charmingly quirky. Room was really comfortable For a two star I couldn't ask for more. Will book again.

I was pleasantly surprised when I saw the hotel's ratings... It's not a 5-star hotel, but the value for money was fine for me. The room was clean, warm, and cleaned every day. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is in a great location, close to everything, with lots of restaurants and shops around. I have no complaints.

The location was perfect. Near to 3 metro lines. A lot of bars and restaurants.

Room was small and elevator was the smallest one I have ever seen.

Location very good. Staff were extremely helpful, good value for money

Shower was poor, water not warm enough and low pressure.Towels needed replacing

Perfect if you don't expect much and need a warm and clean space to sleep. Great location, very close to a metro station and places to eat and drink :)

    Nicely decorated and spacious room

The lift and the corridors are narrow.

    9AnnikaPosted on: 11-1-2025

Perfect location, lovely room. It was small and not bursting with amenities, but clean and comfortable. Staff was lovely, too. The lift is a bit of an adventure - be prepared to take the stairs if you're claustrophobic!

Luggage storage is possible, but it's kept either in the dining room or the corridor, both of which are accessible to every guest. Everything was fine, but of course a separate room would feel safer.

Staff were incredibly friendly and the location was fantastic. Beds we're very firm though and wifi spotty. It's a great location but it is quite noisy being so central so bring ear plugs. Would stay here again though for location, staff and easy access to sites.

Bed was very firm and pillows ultra firm and thick. Wi-Fi spotty. Could use an additional towel also.

The staff was super friendly and helpful but that was about it for us. The breakfast was very average and limited, the croissants and bread rolls was okay though. The wifi was also not bad.

Upon arriving at the premises the first thing I noticed was that the facade was in need of a bit of attention. The room was small, the stairs narrow and like the other reviews mentioned - the lift can literally only fit one large suitcase at a time which luckily (or unlucky with the noise) we got a room on floor 1 so we sent our suitcases one by one up with the lift as they wouldn't fit when carried up an down the stairs. The room was small and cramped, as well as the bathroom. As mentioned, we had a room on floor 1 so it was quite noisy but we made peace with that before we even arrived as most of Paris is like that. It is also quite far from the train station. The breakfast room is also very small and can only house a limited amount of people at a time and the table can barely hold the provided food tray. The photos were misleading.
