Great location for convention center events. Room was clean. Since there was no ac they provided a fan

Slow and ridiculously small elevator, room bathrooms were way too small, no ac in the room.

Best hotel in Paris.From the reception to every member of the staff, everything is absolutely top tier. The cleanliness is exceptional, the amenities are excellent, and the free coffee machine is something no other hotel provides — truly unique.The staff are incredibly helpful, mindful, and caring. What impressed me most is how they genuinely support one another. I even saw a receptionist cleaning the floor, even though it wasn’t part of her role. When I asked her why, she simply said she was helping her colleagues.That moment says everything about this place. You don’t feel like a guest — you feel like family being warmly welcomed into their home.Definitely a hotel you must book when in Paris. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very bad experience

It was not clean everytime we had breakfast cups and plates were very dirty Bath tub was broken Heaters were not working at all it was very cold

The location was perfect, staff were super friendly. Room was clean

Room was on 7th floor and elevator was up to the 6th also the stairs up was to tight to carry a 30kg luggage. Shower cabin was too small ?

We could hear people talking to late at night in room next to us. Room is not sound proof.parking was 1000 m away.

The lack of a shower. Taking a shower in a bathtub without getting everything wet in the restroom. The breakfast selection was minimum.

I really liked this property. I’ve stayed in Paris before and spent four times the price and gotten the same size room and accommodations. The vibe here is good. The staff is wonderful.

Everything, the hotel is really clean and tidy, it has a nice inside terrace which is very private, in a good location easy to reach downtown by taxi or metro which is a few feet away

The size of the elevator, very tiny however it’s better to have it like this for luggage and accessibility

The room was small but clean with a good air conditioner (during the heat wave it was a big relief).

I expected to have a small refrigerator in the room.

They changed our room, as the initial one was really small, no room to put the clothes. So we really appreciated that and made our stay perfect. Metro is next to the hotel, you are not downtown but you get there easy.

The location was really good, bus station was in front of the hotel and the tram station was really close too.There was a bakery close to the hotel that you can buy meal.

One thing that was meh is the smell, you will have to open windows to get that smell out of room.And it has to be a little more clean.

One lady at the reception was a bit rude, but rest of the staff was good. The rooms are very very small, and the lift is super small.No ond even helps you in taking the luggage to the room

Everything was perfect, nothing to complain about whatsoever. Great location. Close to all forms of transportation. Close to restaurants and shops. Had a wonderful time.

Location was great for the Expo centre but also for easy access to the Metro to get anywhere in the city. Value for money was great, staff were excellent, and I honestly have no complaints at all!

Pretty small toilet and bathroom

Friendly staff. Small but clean and inviting lobby. Breakfast options were a bit limited but very nice. Coffee and water stations accessible in lobby 24/7 was much appreciated!! The building is old but quaint. The spiral staircase was unique.

Location was not ideal despite what other reviewers state. Lots of traffic and 1-way streets, so not easy to get around even by taxi or short distances. The metro is confusing and some locations were inaccessible. It looked like the carpet in our room may have previously caught fire as it appeared to be singed. The room was very small and the rest of the carpet was horribly stained; we wouldn’t let our bare feet touch it. After our stay I notified the property about the carpet hoping for some sort of compensation but didn’t receive any other than an apology. The bathroom is also very tight…no room to place toiletries. The elevator is only big enough for 1 person+1 bag. I would not recommend for families with small children or mobility devices. The pictures in the booking app are a bit deceiving.
