Staff was helpful with requests, easy check in and check out

sheets had human hair in them, multiple stains, and hair was on the bathtub at check-in.

The room is too small, and the cleaning cart was always parked right in front of my door on the 6th floor. The staff always watched how much we ate in the buffet breakfast.

Great location.

The carpet in the room was disgusting. Luckily I had flip flops.

I have read in the descrition about the hotel and at no pint it said I could not leave the luagge until I left for our flight. I had to pay extra in a locker room at the end due to missinformation.

There is a bad smell all around the area

The think is they ask us to charge more because we were early , like before an hour of check in

Geographic situation.

There was permanent stain in the room. Needs to be upgraded to match the price.

Very good hotel, located in a lively neighbourhood with many good bakeries, restaurants and bars. A pleasant 30min walk or bus ride from the Louvre and the Seine. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

They sadly don’t have a baggage room at the moment.

Space was small and outdated. Heating system wasn't enough the room was cold. Some of the appliances were dirty and room felt a bit dirty and old

The location was perfect, really close to everything and being a solo traveller, I felt very safe.

It was a little small and the shower attachment didn’t have anything to attach it to so if I had to wash my hair, it would have been a challenge.

The staff were amazing , hotel clean and location excellent.

In our family room there was a seperate toilet from the bathroom , which would have been fine but there was no sink in there , this proved difficult.

Staff were good, friendly & helpful. The location was good. The room was very very small, very hot and the plug in air-conditioning machines were good & needed. As these were running all night we couldn't charge our phones as no available sockets.

Even though no air conditioning the fan provided was good for us staff very helpful and friendly this why we often stay here when in Paris

The garden is particularly attractive during spring. She wore a stunning dress to the lobby hall.

The food was not delicious, not to mention the stunning view from the restaurant.
