This is not what I expected when selecting a 4 star hotel. The air conditioner was barely functioning, the bedding had stains and the room smelled like a combination of sweat and smoke. The elevator was only used once, not trusted enough to try again.
It's location
It is not a 4 start hotel. No coffee set in the room Missing hangers for towels Not enough electricity plugins Dusty room Curtains are old full of dusty Staff not speaking English and won't able to recommend appropriately about restaurants or o
Was small but graceful in dÃÂécor, and cozy.
The hotel employee was so busy by four o'clock on, packed wall-to-wall with cafes and wine bars.
Location
1) not enough electric outlets 2)extremely worn decor 3)plaster deterioration sloughing off 4)simply, not a 4star hotel
The location and one of the from desk personal which I don't remember her name.
Yes the staff, front desk staff, very small, rude and not helpful.
Great little boutique hotel on a bustling street with an active nightlife. We loved it, but may not the best if you are looking for a quiet nights. Amazing, helpful, friendly multilingual staff.
It was right in the heart of everything and easy to get to everything period also there was multiple restaurants that were available to you whether be French Italian or Chinese or Japanese or whatever you choosing on the streets I would go back 100 times
Our first room was very small but who spends all their time in the room the second night we changed over to the next size room which was no problem and it was beautiful and you could open the windows and see the streets enjoy all of Paris
Friendly staff on site 24/7; great, lively location in Les Halles neighborhood; clean & comfortable rooms
The hair dryer didn't work in our room, but no other major complaints
location is WONDERFUL. Cafe's, shops...very busy, in a fun way. The nightlife was very active, people just sitting at cafes having coffee and conversation. It was lovely. Also, very close to the Louvre.
As stated, the bathrooms are TINY. you kind of have to pivot around the sink to sit at the toilet...and wiping is a delicate space challenge. Comparable to an airplane bathroom with a one person shower too, but prettier! Also, our AC wasnt super effective
Excellent location, fantastic room with a wonderful view. Staff both at the front desk and and cleaning staff we polite and made a point to say hi everyday. Room was clean and very comfortable. A fantastic hotel.
Nothing to complain about at all
Location.
Bathroom very tight. No room to turn around. Sink in the way when sitting on toilet. 3rd day, sink crashed to the floor and shattered at my feet. Front desk quickly provided another room, whose bathroom had an extra 6 inches depth, which was appreciat
Only location and nothing else
It barely can rated as 4 stars hotel except the location. Super tight room space and shower space can't even walk in two people.
Hotel is in a nice pedestrian area. Note that your taxi/car can not go up to the door, a problem if you have a lot of luggage. There are lots of fun restaurants and shops nearby.
When I arrived I waited at the desk over 10 minutes before someone showed up to help me. My first room smelled like cigarettes so I asked to be moved which they accommodated. Despite the elevator, you must take 5 or more stairs in the hallway as well.
The location was great. The employees were accommodating and helpful. Will definitely consider staying there again.
No coffee or breakfast.
The hotel is amazing at ever level! Beautiful setting, convenient location, amazing rooms and delicious breakfast! It completely exceeded our expectations and we will definitely be back.
The only small down side to the hotel is their internet service allows them to view everything you view, which makes checking business accounts a bit risky... I'm not sure why they do it that way, but it was the only negative thing about our stay.
Location
Rooms too small.
It really needs some tender loving care. Many little things are not being taken care of and it is looking very run down. It could be a great gem with some time and energy but at this point, it is not what you would expect for a 4 star hotel.
