Hotel Montana Paris Lafayette

Location to Gare Du Nord train station is their only positive attribute.

No hot water & staff showed no intention to do anything about it. Lift fits 1 person only & doesn¿t cover all floors.

The wifi Internet connectivity on fifth floor was not functioning. Had to go down to the reception to access internet.

Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience at this hotel. While the room was being cleaned by the hotel staff, my bag was opened and all the cash from my wallet was stolen.I had requested several times the day before for the in-room safe to be fixed, but nothing was done.When I reported the theft to the reception, the staff’s reaction was completely unprofessional. They showed no surprise, took no responsibility, and offered no real help. I wanted to contact the police, but due to my very limited time and having to return to my country, I was unable to do so.This incident completely ruined my trip. Due to the lack of security and the hotel management’s indifference, I do not recommend this hotel at all.

Lift limited to 5th floor only.6th dloor Washroom - water stagnates on the floor because there’s no water outlet.

We stayed on the 6th floor, but the 5th floor was under renovation. The elevator only went up to the 5th floor, and it was dark, dirty, and filled with construction materials.The room had no towels, no bath towels, no shampoo, no hand soap, and the hair dryer did not work. The hot water pressure was very weak, and the temperature was not suitable for showering.It was completely unfit for accommodation and did not meet even the basic conditions of a hotel.We stayed for one night, only did a simple wash in the morning, and then left. There was also no staff at the hotel entrance.

We had a fantastic stay at Lotus Homestay in Ninh Binh. The hosts were very welcoming. The homestay itself is nestled in a serene location, offering a perfect escape from the hustle. Our room was cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated, with a stunning view of the surrounding nature. The breakfast was delicious, and we loved the traditional Vietnamese dishes they served. If you’re looking for a peaceful, authentic experience in Ninh Binh, this is the place to be!

No I don’t like the property because how dirty and filthy it was.

Nothing everything was broken the bank beds are broken my kids all of them came in my bed and my bed wasn’t clean the bed sheets and pillowcases were dirty omg it was a bad decision to stay there

Room was very hot even with windows open - No air con. Shower was so small I could not get into it! Really!Noisy streetBreakfast was diabolocal!Pipe behind toilet leaked onto the floorShower head fell offLift could only carry one person without liuggage!It was cheap, convenient and available at short notice so I should not complain too much!

Water was leaking in the floor of the bathroom, no towels, no elevator, tiny place, we payed a lot of money to keep our luggage at front desk for less than an hour after checkout and we had to do everything ourselves, you can buy small bottles of water for like 5 euros, on top of all the mirror in the room almost fell on top of my son but i reacted quick thankfully, overall awful place to stay, no maintenance very dirty

Approximate service, the room wasn't clean and the sink had a leak. I booked this hotel last minute as it was the only one in the area of interest available at an affordable price.

It was the worst experience. My room card or badge didn’t work at all despite many attempts, (went up and down 3 times to get a new card). At the end, one staff member opened the door for me and another time I got the staff card.I took a shower-that weekend 35 °C- no towels. I got 2 wet towels around midnight
