Location!!! We walked everywhere from here. It was great to walk right out the door & stroll to everything we wanted to see. The pool, sauna, & gym were all added bonuses. The breakfast is really good too, but does cost extra.

Parking was down the road as their property Parking was full.

Loved the size of the shower! The hotel is beautiful! Really loved the spa! Staff are friendly!

Close to the metro and lots of different food options. The staff was very nice. We could store our luggage when we got there before our room was ready. They had a pool and gym and would fill up the water bottle they provided whenever we asked.

They would clean or knock to clean when we had the do not disturb sign up and the sheets didn’t seem clean.

The staff is exceptional. Very friendly and accommodating. Especially Lilly, Sebastian and Isuru.

The location is very undesirable. Though there are several restaurants in the area, all the attractions are far away and the street is noisy.

I left my hair straighteners in the room and called the hotel shortly after I did. They had mysteriously disappeared.

The hotel was lovely, super clean, and very well located in a beautiful neighborhood — which was super important to us, since in Paris some areas can feel aesthetic while others can be a bit sketchy. The indoor pool was also a great plus to relax after a long day of walking around the city.

A real gem, very lucky the roof-top room was available, it’s an amazing nest on the city rooftops with views of the Eiffel Tower. The staff is really friendly and the food is delicious from breakfast to evening cocktails and shared food platter on the terrasse. You don’t want to leave! The area is also lovely with parks and rue du commerce just behind. Best in Paris!

Food was good and location and staff helpfull

The room was a bit too small and the pool was cold they said it’s warm but 20 degrees is cold for a warm pool.

Breakfast is normal, without exaggeration. Everyone can find something for themselves. Everything is fresh, clean, unobtrusive. There is not much space, but enough. If the weather permits, then ask to have breakfast served on the terrace. Exotic trees, bushes, flowers and the atmosphere whet your appetite and prepare you for a full day. At least it does for me.The pool was great. It was just what I needed after a hard day.

love the window on ceiling, great and friendly service, nearby got markets and shops so is nice to enjoy.Pool is not big but nice, and also got sauna, great.

nicer if TV got more choices/can watch youtube/netflix and food room service can be not limited to restaurant.

Room, staff, breakfast and location

couldn't recommend more. Brilliant location, near shops, cafes, restaurants and metro station. About 30 minutes leisurely walk to the Eiffel Tower. Reception staff were particularly helpful. We used the leisure facilities and terrace very day, lovely pool. Room was lovely and the bed was very comfortable. Lovely 30th wedding anniversary, with a complimentary bottle of wine and lovely note. Tended to eat a light breakfast out at nearby cafes.

Just a preference we liked to eat a light breakfast out, after the first morning. Nice cafes within 1-2 minutes away.

Cleanliness & Location. Each tourist spot was near and it was easy to locate for the taxi.

Breakfast options were really less. Be it veg or non-veg. Room tea kits were really less. No toothbrush kit was provided. Rooms were really small. I dint find it value for money at all.Swimming pool area was disappointment. No supporting bars were there. No separate pool for kids. No temperature controlled water. Couldn't enjoy the pool much due to these issues.
