Super location in the Marais in a lovely, new hotel. Friendly staff and a good room size for Paris. Particularly enjoyed the steam room and sauna - just big enough for two people! It was torrential rain over our stay and it was fantastic to come in, pop down to the sauna and steam room to turn them on, change in our rooms and everything was toasty by the time we got back down to the sauna to use it. Would stay again!

There is room for a proper bar in the lobby, but it wasn't used as such which is a shame.

The staff was extremely kind and welcoming, everyone we interacted with was lovely. The hotel has a great vibe, cozy and pleasant, and it is very close to the city center. If we travel to Paris again, we will definitely stay here again.

The room face inside is not noisy and I had a good sleep, the worker in the reception is helpful.

The cleaning people who do the clean jop for the 3rd floor is quite rude, maybe she discriminate Asian people. As she did bad clean work which made the washing room was not clean enough, so I ask for change the room and she has beed asked to do the clean better. But when I went to the room on the 3rd floor to get my package out, I saw her has been in the room already, I said"Bonjour" very polite, but she said "Quoi? Quoi?" very rude with unfriendly attitude. She is a black woman, I remember. I wanted to complaint her at the reception but I was worried about she will revenge me as I travel by myself. I can not accept be treated with this rude way and I paied about 300 euros for one night. A four-stars hotel can not have this kind of employee. I complaint this lady and I sugget to fire this kind of people.

Hotel is located ideally if you want to explore Le Marais and it is also perfectly situated if you come from CDG airport and within a short distance of the metro. It is beautifully decorated and the rooms are cozy with nice beds and modern bathrooms. The reception offers free snacks, coffee and water and the staff are very friendly and welcoming.

It’s located in a nice area, the hotel looks like it was recently refurbished so finishes were all new.

The rooms are small, which I guess is standard for Paris. We got a room upgrade but it was still pretty compact. One exception - the bathroom was actually & unexpectedly really well sized!!

Very ice boutique hotel, very near metro and walking distance to a lot of cafes/restaurants. The staff very helpful and friendly and even gave us an upgrade. Best hotel for us

The location was perfect, so close to several metro stations and just on the edge of Le Marais. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were always friendly. I had mentioned in my booking that it was my partner's birthday and the staff kindly put some balloons and other decorations in the room for when we arrived.

Although the decorating of our room was very kind, it was a bit unusual that I was not informed about it, especially since I was subsequently charged for the cost of this service at checkout. It was also unusual that the rate of tourist tax we would be charged was not stated at check-in. We were only informed at checkout that the tax was around €8 per person per day. The actual cost of the tourist tax and the room decoration were not an issue for me, it was more the lack of transparency from the reception staff when it came to additional charges. I feel like this is an aspect of the hotel that could be improved significantly.
