Pros +
- the staff was very friendly. Room was clean. The hotel is located in a nice-enough area that is not in the middle of all of the action, but did not feel unsafe in any way. Breakfast was very nice and the bar was excellent.
- Cool hotel but there was a problem and they couldn't fix it. I asked several staff members and no one resolved my problem.
- Good location for a base to explore the city. Very clean.
Cons -
- we were here for 5 days so a bit more storage in the room itself for clothing would have been nice -- I was never really able to "unpack" and had to move a lamp from the table in order to find a place to station my suitcase for the week.
- Their problem-solving was terrible. It is often that they just hope you will just go away and not continue to complain. They also fill all the rooms to the ma so if you are a current client and need a different room, they can't help you.
- No coffee in the room.

Very clean and modern, close walk to everything, there are 2 tram stations near. There is a great bar in the lobby and a galley on each floor with free tea, tap water, and ironing board.
