- No parking included and a long walk to parking option.

- The room was not ready at check in time. Was over an hour before they sent us to the wrong room. Then we had to wait again to change. Staff was very apologetic and gave us complementary breakfasts. After a long over night flight it was disappointing

Clean and the staff was unbelievably helpful and kind.
The shower didn't drain as well as it should but when told, the staff got onto it immediately.
