Pros +
- Check-in was very straight forward. Spoke to a lovely chap who was very helpful. I couldn't have asked for more to be honest!
- The room was very stylish and clean. My room faced a courtyard so it wasn't noisy. The pub downstairs was great with friendly staff. You could bring food and drink from the pub up to your room. Great value for the price and wonderful location.
- Staff were all very nice. Hotel location is excellent for The Roundhouse venue & for proximity to Camden market, Lock etc.
Cons -

- Lighting in stairs is inadequate. Room cleanliness needed a bit more attention to detail.
- Room was tiny. No fridge or closet, just hooks on the wall. No drawers - difficult to put clothes away. No extra bedding. No instructions as to how to get anything. Towel warmer in bathroom didn¿t work. Chambermaid did not replace tea/milk consistently.

Location. It was near where I needed to be and also close to the tube and a lot of restaurants and cafes and pubs. And it was clean.
