A damage deposit of GBP 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that a photo ID matching the name on the credit card used to book is required on arrival. The card used to make the booking must be presented upon check-in. If the booking is made by a third party, please contact the property directly to secure the booking with a third party payment authorization, or make alternative arrangements. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Group bookings of 5 or more rooms are subject to a cancellation policy of 28 days. Full charges apply if the booking is canceled within the 28 day period The hotel has 2 basement rooms too which would be allocated as per availability. There is no option to request non basement rooms. Parking is limited and chargeable but cannot be pre-booked. The daily charges indicated are for the same time frame as your stay. Check out at 11am would mean you will need to take the car as well. to park the car beyond your stay would incur additional charges.
