Pros +
- Security - always someone around; and doors requiring key to move through building worked well.
- Very convenient location and the staff was lovely.
- Staff was very congenial and responsive to questions. Location to Paddington station was excellent.
Cons -
- The room was a little warm even though cool outside, however ability to open a window and a well functioning fan worked.
- A lot of stairs and no AC, but they are very up front about that in all their information. Also, they do have a lift, which greatly helps.
- Seeing that it was warm and we knew from reviews that there was no air conditioning, it would have been nice to have a top sheet and cover instead of a duvet sheet combo.

Very convenient location and the staff was lovely.

location close to tube station
Very cramped bathroom/shower so much so that I stubbed and badly hurt a toe, making it very difficult to walk through station, Heathrow, other airports. Also quite stuffy in the room overnight, despite the fan. Nice amenities,staff! Appreciated water, etc
