- The hotel is located a short walk (4 minutes) from Paddington Station. The hotel was beautiful, located near great pubs and restaurants. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was awesome, so many wonderful choices of food.

- The price is really high: You are essentially paying for location. The lobby is impressive but the rooms are average at best. The carpet was threadbare and worn away completely in a few areas. The chairs were shabby. There are no amenities included.

The location was perfect. Right across the street from the tube and less than a block from the trains. It is the only reason to recommend the hotel. The staff were also top notch. Friendly, accommodating, just wonderful.
