Pros +
- The location was great.
- The room was spacious, very clean and near to Farringdon and the venue that I needed to go to.
- Well appointed room.
Cons -
- The room was quite dirty and dusty. We found several museum beetles (bugs) around the room. The AC did not work, causing the room being way too warm and stuffy.
- I didn't realise that if you wanted breakfast you had to book it in advance upon check in. The hallway was a bit shabby, but thats me being picky, it did not overshadow the overall 10/10 experience.
- Heat control on shower in room 407 nearly impossible. Extremely narrow range of acceptable temperature. Very hard to achieve and maintain.

Well appointed room.

Funky bathroom lighting and jetted tub Nice lighted ambiance for rest but TERRIBLE for doing makeup. No plug for hair curlers near a mirror
When I asked for a blanket I was told I would have to pay. The duvet was not large enough to cover two adults in the full size bed. The staff suggested we turn up the heat if we were cold which was not an option as one party was ill and a stuffy room
