-The hotel cannot guarantee that rooms will be available before 14:00 for check-in. For all under 18, they should be accompanied either by a guardian or parent. -The hotel can not reserve specific room numbers in advance or guarantee that rooms will be allocated on a specific floor. -A security deposit of at least GBP 50 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodations. This cannot be paid with cash. -The property keep lost property for 2 weeks. After this time the items are disposed of. -Guests found to have smoked in the property will face a penalty of up to GBP 500Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
