In the heart of London’s East End, The Whitechapel is a boutique hotel offering contemporary accommodations with views out across the city. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel, which is a 5-minute walk from Whitechapel Tube Station. A luxurious penthouse apartment is a feature of The Whitechapel, which is equipped with 2 HDTV’s and an private bathroom with a double-ended bath. All accommodations types feature city views and a flat-screen HDTV, as well as an private bathroom. The art galleries of Shoreditch are just over a mile away and Brick Lane is less than a 10-minute walk from the hotel. Spitalfields Market is less than a mile from the hotel and Aldgate East Tube Station is half a mile away and 1 stop from Liverpool Street Station.

Pros +
- Good proximity to restaurants and train station, well stocked mini bar and teas/coffees.
- The only helpful thing about this hotel was that it was near a tube station.
- I missed my flight to Amsterdam, found this hotel last second and ask if I was able to check in early. The staff was more than happy to assist me with my request. I also enjoyed the restaurant in the hotel, the food and staff was excellent.
Cons -
- Room was a little small, air con wasnt the best and noise from hallway could be heard at night.
- Almost everything! I booked a double room for my boyfriend and I and we got 2 twin beds and they could not change it at the hotel. It is in a bit of a sketchy neighborhood, no late-night food around, dirty room, and bathroom was awful.
- There wasn't anything that I did not like about the hotel.
