- Close to Liverpool Street Station so fast, easy access to the underground rail that we needed to be able to go travelling to all the main attraction sites. Rooms were clean. Beds were comfy. House keeping was diligent and staff was friendly.

- No face cloths & only towels available. Only two pillows on the bed & were quite flat. Needed an extra pillow or two. Room was very small, no space to be able to move around the bed. The AC unit worked good when on, but turns off when you leave the room.
- I specifically booked a room with windows. Although I got a room with windows,it was useless. I couldn't see through it and it could be hardly opened. It was as good as a windowless room. Please have a lock on the bathroom doors. It's so weird!!
