- Very fine service, excellent breakfast, great location, excellent staff. Close to Russell Sq subway and Kings Cross Station.
- The location is close to British Museum and so many restaurants to choose from around the area, not to mention that the location is also close by the post office, convenient/grocery (asian/local) stores. Also, 8-10 mins from train station.
Cons -
- Check-in was problematic, construction was occurring directly above my room, water service did not work for 6 hours, refused entry to 1st floor bathroom, nightmare experience
- Just as I learned prior to this trip regarding the small room and bed sizes, otherwise we had a comfortable stay, The room was clean, food and staff (specially Lito & Lucy) were excellent during our stay in April 2023. There was a lot of good food.
- Room by American standards quite small. Service down in lounge area was poor--I waited an extremely long time to get a salad. Staff seemed more concermed with bar area...

Location was perfect for me (near Russell Sq. tube, British Museum etc. Breakfast was good. Room was clean and well maintained.
