The staff were all really helpful and friendly! The bathroom was clean
The room was very clean and comfortable.
Location is near places to eat, many museums, and easy to use transport. Also a park!!

Cons -

Lots of damages to doors and walls when I arrived. The room was very hot with minimal windows. The room had very thin doors and walls so was very loud in the mornings. The room was also very small.
The staff were not helpful and the window on the room was not secure especially because it was on street level.
Bed could be cushier. For price, we were surprised at how basic it was, however the location makes everything worth it.
