- Front desk who was also the cook, waitress, & concierge- was friendly professional & went above & beyond to provide excellent service!
- Despite the fact it's not a top star hotel, room was much cozier than I had thought. The shuttle is definitely a plus and it served its purpose very good.
- The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant was also much better than anticipated.
Cons -
- The big problem was the fact that my room was INFESTED with ants. Someone had obviously spilled something sugary around the room and it had not been cleaned up. I woke up and my thing that were on the nightstand were absolutely crawling with ants
- Service was truly lackluster. Very little engagement from the staff, which was more or less just going through the motions.
