Albergo molto carino, stanze belle e pulite, letto molto comodo e soprattutto a meno di dieci minuti a piedi dalla piazza dei musei. Personale accogliente e gentile. Da tornare
Location and front desck staff were excellent
Well located close to the museum quarter. Short 5 min walk to bus stop for number 2 bus linking directly to Central station. Great selection of medium priced restaurants and cafes close by. Staff were very helpful and spoke good English.

Cons -

King size bed in room 316 needs to be replaced. the sides have failed and offers no support. the shower did not have a curtain, so when u took a shower the bathroom floor was soaking wet. the carpet needs to be re-stretched it bulged in the middle of room
The rat trap in the cabinet was a bit disconcerting. The coffee machine was noisy making us reluctant to use early in the morning.
