- Nasty behavior front desk lady.
- Front desk staff spoke English. Answered questions and sent maintenance when needed for AC. Large, clean Balcony room. Staff friendly.

- No connection because of Metro strike
- Star level did not match hotel. Room dated. Yellow stain in ceiling. Furniture worn. TV old, no closed caption viewing language menu. Bathroom shower head broken, kept falling down. 2 oz disposable cups for coffee and dirty coffee marker.
