- No parking, even though they state parking in the ad. You park on the street and it is very very difficult to find parking.
- At check in no help was offered with baggage we had to carry it up the stairs
- The shower. Very narrow, small glass barrier to prevent water from getting on floor. Wand for a shower that wouldn't stay up on the rod that you could attach it to.
