- Staff and location. Very nice staff. I will return because of this. Please thank them! It is nice to see a smile when you walk into a lobby.
- Location is fantastic! Walking distance to Colosseum / Forum and plenty of eat/drink options and a quick cab ride to just about everything else. Staff was friendly and the room had everything we needed (including AC!).
- Good location , in the middle of the city. Like the old style, small. Very good breakfast served.
Cons -
- Room was small than it appeared in pictures. Room near elevator can be noisy, but they changed rooms and the second room was very nice and quiet.
- Room was rather small (even by expected European standards), but adequate for our needs. Otherwise no complaints!

Proximity to the Coliseum, several quality restaurants close walking distance. The staff were excellent, the breakfast was complete, not just continental.
Unexpected tax bill at departure, $18 euros a night
