Pros +
- Staff were great. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Location perfect for travel in and out of Rome and access to sites within walking distances.
- The staff raised the customer service bar. The young blonde girl that checked us in was very warm and welcoming & provided great guidance for getting around Rome. Each staff member was equally helpful. I also loved how convenient it was to everything.
- Modern clean and functional. Great location, good staff. 24hour front desk, elevator (not cage style). Nice shower with good water pressure. Good AC with no limit on temp.
Cons -
- A hotel/airport shuttle would have been great.
- Housekeeping stops at 2pm, tried to get someone to clean the room floor multiple times but seems like there's miscommunication and we never got the floor cleaned during our stay.
- The amenities were nonexistent, the hotel staff could not have been any less helpful, or more rude, and short of a bedbug infestation, or finding cockroaches or cum stains on the sheets. I cannot think of a way this hotel could have been worse.

Good location close to the train station. Otherwise everything else was terrible.
