- Yes, sorry to say but it was very surprising that our one bed - the mattress was quite old/lump and after a hard day of travel. There was no tea/coffee self service area - maybe the hotel can add coffee/hot water kettle on main floor.

The location was the best I¿ve ever experienced; next to St Peters¿ Basilica and the fact it has a balcony was outstanding.
I think we should have a water bottle issued for each guest for every night of the stay. Our stay was 4 nights and after the first night I had to ask for 2 more the second night. The third night I had to fuss at the night attendant to get water; ridiculo
