- It met my requirements of a refrigerator in the room.
- Clean, wonderful helpful staff, breakfast was fantastic and everyone working had a lot of pride. Close to the Metro, restaurants and food stores.
- Nice breakfast and restaurant ladies
Cons -
- The location was not ideal. It was in a older section of Rome.
- Reception male Italian staff aweful attitude and shouting and demanding city tax which was already paid at the time of the booking so had to pay it twice which is unlawful and incorrect! He was very rude with annoying rude attitude. Should be sacked!!
- Not all rooms have safes. The hotel is near a railway line, a little noise occasionally but not an issue.
