Rooms come with modern or classic furnishings, some of them handcrafted. All air conditioned, they offer satellite TV and views of the gardens, the pool or the golf course. Free WiFi is available throughout the entire property. Sheraton Rome Parco de Medici consists of a number of buildings across the green grounds. - The staff was very rude, very cheap in welcoming, it looked like a no star hotel according to the behavior of the staff
- Several. Staff was aloof to any of our needs from day one. Cleaning was an issue too. Keys did not work for most of the stay. I could go on but will copy you on stay I send to Sheraton through email
- Would have liked a continental option on breakfast.
