The staff was really nice and it was a great location.

Great location on the island of Venice but not in a super touristy or busy part. The staff were friendly, the bed was nice and large, the room was clean, and it wasn't super expensive.

No elevator so you'll need to use the stairs even if you have a suitcase. The doors close after 8pm as staff heads home so make sure you keep your keys with you at all times.

Great staff, very friendly and helpful and nice location. Within easy walking distance to the water taxi too.

The staff were absolutely exceptional. Anna was extremely responsive to messages via booking.com, Micel (sorry spelling/similar name) was so so helpful with directions to our tour, recommendations for local restaurants and hotel information! Gaia was so great helping us check out and store our luggage. The rooms were SO CLEAN and wonderfully kept. Housekeeping everyday refreshed our coffee, soaps and towels. The location was perfect for the area. Room was very small but we had a small view of the canal and the room had everything we needed. Honestly, a beautiful little hotel and we highly recommend.

Nothing not to like, just the room was very small and could be improved by removing the small desk and chair to make for more room and put a shelf over the fridge instead to make better use of the space.

Room is small, not a concern for me, but people with large (or multiple) bags will probably have a hard time.

I liked the coffee and tea table that was refilled every day. The location was close to the main station. Gaia provided excellent, professional attention-she spoke Spanish with us and made us feel welcome with her helpful recommendations.

The walls were a bit thin; we could even hear our neighbors clapping (if you know what I mean). The facilities seemed well maintained. All doors were mechanical, not modern electronic locks. There was no elevator, but I take responsibility for missing that detail while narrowing down my options.If you're packing heavy, this place might be tricky. The booking does mention the bathroom includes a bidet but my room was missing it, which I appreciated-having traveled through Rome and Venezia before this trip, I really missed it, even though it wasn't a must on my list.

Great area of Venice, loved the ease of access to everything without being in the main tourism area. Staff were lovely and helpful with directions and information. Held our bags for us before and after our booking as well.

Very small room, safe didn’t work. I guess you get what you pay for

Amazing location! You’re right on the main path, yet set apart by a little entryway. You do not hear the street noise at all. The service felt very comfortable as well. It’s 10 minutes walk from the ferry stop Madonna dell ‘ Orto, which was the first stop on the ferry from the airport. Which led to a quick transit from the airport to the hotel.

Room size is perfect for a solo traveler. Room was clean. had proper amenaties and even AC. The windows open up and allows for beautiful natural light and air. I traveled in late April so air was cool in the mornings and very little mosquitos.Staff is friendly and speaks English. Location is about 10-20min walk from the very touristy locations, but good if you like to be a little out of the way but still have access to lively atmosphere. 4 min walk from the nearest river bus dock, which takes you to most popular locations. Highly recommend taking this if you're tired of walking everywhere after day 1 like me.

Bed was a little stiff for me but after long days of walking I had no trouble sleeping.

- Room was a bit chilly and there was nothing we could do about it. There was an AC unit but they said it's not for heating. They said heating is turned on using the radiators at specific times of the day, but they didn't really do anything.- Bathroom didn't have anything we could put items, like toiletries on. At least a shelf would be useful

Fantastic little hotel which was exceptionally clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful.Nothing but our only issue was that there wasn’t much storage space for clothes.

It is not a hotel. It is a serviced apartment. Staff were not available after 8 pm. When I booked the room, I was promised with help to take my baggage upstairs. But no help was available at check in. Room was very small may be 8' x 12'. Tiny table for breakfast. No place to move around. One widge (on which safe locker was kept) was protruding and is likely to hurt if we are not careful.

Perfect location, close to Santa Lucia station and in a quiet area just off the main street and not too far from Piazzo San Marco. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. Their restaurant suggestions were great! The only thing I would pick out was that the shower water pressure wasn’t as strong as I would have liked but other than that, it was very comfortable and clean. I would 100% stay again and recommend.
