Incredibly beautiful, impeccably designed spacious bathroom with luxurious shower, excellent breakfast, great rooftop. This is a must stay. Simply superb and recommended highly

They are rude not helpful at all, on their advertising they offer airport service, when you already there say sorry no airport service. It is false advertisement. After paying in full at the end, they ask for more money they call it tax again.

The location was perfect—just a short walk to many landmarks, cafés, restaurants, and shops. Breakfast was fantastic, with options to please every palate, and the staff were truly wonderful. Our room was clean, and comfortable. A special thanks to Luca, who was incredibly helpful, funny, knowledgeable, and kind.

My only complaint is that the towel warmer in the bathroom wasn’t working, so the towels stayed damp and developed a musty smell. I usually prefer to reuse towels to be environmentally conscious, but since the warmer wasn’t functioning, I had no choice but to request fresh ones each day.

Beautiful, modern, and cozy rooms. However, the bathroom had no heating, which made it uncomfortably cold. I prefer reusing towels to be eco-friendly, but without heat, they stayed damp and smelled. Turning on heated towel racks would improve comfort and support sustainability

The staff (Luca) was extremely helpful and acomodating. All other staff were found to be friendly and helpful. The bed was just a little saggy on one side.

It would have been nice to have an ice machine in the hotel somewhere. As well as a washing machine and dryer somewhere inside the hotel.A little loud in the morning from someone upstairs above us

Luca was wonderful! He gave us great recommendations for dinner and made reservations. He was a great help in providing directions and suggestions on places we visited! Extremely helpful providing directions for our train. Many breakfast options. Good location.

The scent in the carpet on 3rd floor is very strong like a strong odorizer heavily scented.

I liked the cleanliness and inviting decor of the Hotel itself. We were greeted each morning by the staff at breakfast with a beautiful presentation of food. If we needed assistance, it was given.

I didn’t like the noise we could hear through the walls coming from down below from the outside venues or it may have been coming from the theater next door. I had read previous reviews about it, but thought surely it wasn’t that bad. It was unfortunately and hard to go back to sleep.

Location is perfect, close to everything and it’s quiet at night, away from crowded areas.

For the price paid we expected much more. # 1 complaint: the air conditioning is controlled by the hotel and it runs VERY slowly and it does NOT make the room cool. The room was very hot even at night, very uncomfortable. #2: the balcony is unusable - if you open the balcony door the air conditioning stops immediately and the rooms becomes unbearable. #3: the rooftop is pointless, as there is no light there in the evening! It’s dark. No bar either which is ridiculous. #4: there are cameras everywhere in this hotel, just odd. #5: breakfast was mediocre, the SAME exact foods everyday. #6: the staff was not very friendly, except for Lucca. They didn’t even bother to ask how was our stay at check-out. #6: I requested an iron and was told they only have 2 irons and they were being used! Only 2 for that many rooms? Not acceptable!

Excellent location, nice room, great breakfast!

Our room was next to the breakfast room and it was extreamly noisy. We wanted to have a long sleep after a very tiring day, but it was impossible.

Location was great! Luca gave us great recommendations for restaurants based on our requirements.

The single beds we requested were next to each other with no space in between. The rooftop bar was closed most of the days

Loved the location, very friendly and accommodating staff, breakfast was AMAZING, and the rooftop was beautiful! The experience was a 9/10. I will be back.
