pricing was great

it is ageing a little but that is reflected in the price. A dinner option would have been nice

Location was good

No way this is a 4 star hotel. There was one small bottle of 'shampoo/body wash' in the shower. The bed had 2 flat pillows and a saggy mattress that squeeked with movement, so it was would wake my partner up when I got up. Windows had closed shutters.

Location was perfect. Free breakfast was a nice way to start the day! Staff was friendly, well dressed and polite! Truly enjoyed our stay!

This hotel is a 2 mins walk from the St Mark's square. The location of this hotel is remarkable. It is centrally located and hence we could walk to all the attractions. The staff is courteous and the rooms were very clean. They give you free breakfast too

Location. Outstanding location.

Extremely small bathrooom. They literally do not have a shower curtain. It's just a tub with no walls, so the bathroom gets soaked. The face cloths were placed for us in the urinal.

They are crocks. They charge more than what what we booked for. They also toke cash money claiming tax for breakfast $10 and only cash. And when I asked for recipe they say they don¿t. I will call my credit cards to dispute the charges. It is not rig

Charming hotel with delightful staff--and we got a room on the canal that was a suite. Perfect! Breakfast was fantastic.

An unfortunate mix- up @ airport.

Location excellent, staff- friendly, the room was nice. A bit pricey with the upgrade. The first room - small and looked at construction, so we requested a change.Overall very good service and the first place to enjoy a warm bath after long days exploring

I LOVED that after getting lost for 30 minutes (with no one locally willing to help - including the policemen) the staff offered to find us and personally escort us to the hotel. The room was very quiet. Also, packed us a breakfast since early departure.

Need to have better arrival instructions on their website. And strongly suggest taking a private water taxi directly to hotel for 1st time visitors.

The bed is was a little soft but that¿s a personal opinion. This is a wonderful gem of a hotel.

Love the light coming in from the windows and that the room was directly above the canal early morning serenades

Hotel kette was a wonderful place to stay. Perfect location, really nice room with windows overlooking the beautiful streets below. We were able to take a water taxi from the back door directly to the airport.
