Breakfast was excellent and staff were incredibly helpful. The room was exactly as expected and very very clean. The neighborhood was convenient to everything and fun on its own!

Not really, it was lovely.

Nicely updated, had USB plugs. Great breakfast included, even mimosas! Good lcation, quiet yet close to all sites - by vaporetto. Great air conditioning.

Pricey - expected in Venice? Had to leave huge heavy key at front desk every time you go out.

We liked the property. The only thing wrong was that the shower door gasket did not seal correctly so it caused major flooding in the bathroom. But obviously this must have been corrected by now.

Lovely room, excellent location and wonderful staff. Hidden Gem - there is a terrace off the second floor which I wish I had known about earlier in my stay. It is lovely.

The room was nice and the bellman/houseman was amazing. The guy never stopped moving.

Room was cold. There was no way to turn up the thermostat. The front desk clerk had access to the temps in every room, but no real way to turn up the head. All they could offer was a space heater for the room. It's late October and raining--- you want a cozy warm room to return to. Also, desk was unwilling to follow logical suggestions about the rate for different rooms. Company line was quoted rather that actual discussion about the realities.

Good and calm location! In the pictures they a room with table for hangout! Just be aware that is not a part of your room is a common area

Great location and staff. Clean and great breakfast.

We loved the small, personalized feel of the hotel, as well as our lovely room and the spectacular views from our balcony. We very much appreciated staying in Dorsoduro and being so close to the Accademia Bridge, which allowed us to walk nearly everywhere. The staff were helpful in making dinner reservations and providing guidance on how best to reach Burano/Murano and the airport. The breakfast was also excellent! We thank you for a wonderful stay and look forward to returning to this wonderful hotel in the Spring.

The only thing we did not like was the slippery marble shower stall floor, and suggest that "grip strips" be put down to help avoid any accidents.

Location was fabulous! We were able to get a water taxi that dropped us off right at the hotel. The staff was very helpful and we loved our room! Breakfast was easy and very good.

Sherry the receptionist who helped with me a lot she is a great person and so beautiful as well and kind.

The man whom I checked out with him was terribly out of all manners he was talking on the phone with other people living me about to miss the water taxi and the train, that was awful. That was about 7:30 a.m. and he did not give a damn about my age travelled requirements or situation.

The staff was friendly, professional, and offered help and advice with planning activities and suggested nice restaurants and cafes. The staff also arranged a visit to Murano for us which we enjoyed very much. The location is in a quiet and nice part of Venice. Breakfast was good and the staff during breakfast was also very nice. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The rooms were spotless, with everything we needed. The breakfast was fresh, delicious, and with a good variety to choose from each morning. On top of that, the location couldn’t have been better—close to everything we wanted to see and do. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located stay with goid service!

Everything was great.

Reception speaks great English; helpful with baggage; free upgrades room; clean space. Water taxi went right to the front to deliver us with bags.

Separate entry to the room we were in away from the front desk, like the building next door. But it wasn’t bad and felt fairly secure. Area was nice.

Small, 35 room hotel off the beaten path. On a small canal just off the Grand Canal. Quiet and extremely clean.

We loved our stay here! It was lovely to be able to go out our little balcony to see the canal! Everyone was so friendly and the breakfast was amazing! We also enjoyed that it was in a quiet part of the island, farther away from all of the tourist hotspots, but still within reasonable walking distance.

The price was a bit higher than we anticipated.

The location was great. The beds were appropriately firm and very comfortable. The street was on a canal with an easy walk to St. Mark's Square. The hotel has its own dock on the canal, so a water taxi could take us right to the hotel without having the schlep our luggage. The breakfast was fantastic-- it was a work of art. The staff were friendly and eager to help. All in all, it was a great experience.

Location was good. Quiet and very easy to get to via taxi. Staff are very attentive.

Cost somewhat high for the hotel. But it’s likely due to high demand.
