Hotel Amadeus

The hotel is very old and in need of updating throughout.

We ordered room service for morning breakfast but it The order slip was never picked up and order never fulfilled. It was disappointing since but that time we missed the breakfast. The mini fridge in the room was not working.

Very good location travelling by railway. Located on busy street but the room was towards courtyard and very quiet. Nice breakfast.

Hotel was close to the train station and allowed for an easy transition to the cruise ship.

Staff were rude, not very helpful and did not want to assist with taxi, luggage, or anything else. Would not stay here again.

The location is excellent and the staff most helpful. I hope to bring a group next year and will use Hotel Amadeus.

The hotel seemed nice and it was near the train station. We were upgraded to a larger room with balcony access. The staff was pleasant and helpful.

Upon arrival, I had to kill 3 cockroaches I found in the bathroom. This made me very uncomfortable and concerned about the cleanliness of the room. There weren't any other instances, but this definitely shaped my feelings of the hotel.

the room was good, of course venice is litle and the hotels are like that, but they give me a room with stairs and i was using crutches so was not helpfull

the heather was broke and i couldnt change he temperature inside the room, very annoying, and then they try to charge me more for the waters in the room

Ruuuuun away please!!!!?Better sleep in your car!!!!!I’ll attach photos because the rooms look nothing like the pictures online. I saw two rooms, and both were completely different from what was advertised.I booked a queen bed, was given twin beds, and the “queen” they offered later was barely larger than a single. Staff claimed the difference was “only 10 cm,” which is not true, so lets pretend that size doesn't matter, the entire hotel smell terrible. ?The rooms were very dirty, especially the bathroom, with visible mold. It felt so unhygienic that I didn’t even try the breakfast. I strongly recommend not eating there.The receptionist was also rude to me and other guests, making excuses instead of helping.Overall, not worth the price. I do not recommend this hotel.❌?‍♀️

We were really disappointed with our stay at this hotel. The room was extremely small and uncomfortably hot. In fact, all the rooms seemed very warm, probably because the building is old and poorly ventilated. The walls were thin, so we could hear noise from other rooms and the corridor early in the morning, even around 7 a.m.The staff were not very friendly or welcoming, and the breakfast was honestly the worst we’ve ever had in a hotel — very limited options and poor quality. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel and definitely wouldn’t stay here again.

Very convenient location next to the train station, shops, and restaurants. Walkable to everywhere. Breakfast was very good, and the front desk was very nice and allowed us to go into our room a couple of hours early instead of storing our luggage.

The room we got definitely needed a refresh. Lampshades stained and headboard chipped. Definitely could use a coat of paint. It was on the first floor, and we found it very very noisy as we could hear everything on the floor above us. Those visitors were extremely noisy, and we didn't get a very good sleep.

The location was super central, and I found it very quiet, not noisy at all. Lovely view of a public park.. All facilities and more were there, I found the breakfast up to standard. All staff was polite and available. Swift check in and check out. I would come back again

This hotel is very close to the train station, sites, restaurants and shopping. Staff was nice and helpful. This is nice for a short stay in Venice.
