Cons -
- They changed our hotel to one called Hotel San Zulian.
- some of the staff were not fully engaged with customers. They serve breakfast and the food is not coming from a refrigerator(the cheese was melting in the serving plate). Mold and dirt was noticed in the bathroom and elevator. The decoration is stuffy
- The floor of the room was uneven and inclined due to the age of the building, which made me feel dizzy.
