Ideal location for getting to/from airport as well as access to water buses

A/C control in room did not allow for full control of room temperature

Great location near bus stop. Staff was excellent and helpful for us tourists

Location was within walking distance of city center and bus depot. One stop on monarail Modern bathroom was nice Front desk was helpful with directions to restaurants and sightseeing and made airport arrangements for us

The best feature is location. Room was very clean and staff was nice.

The location was perfect for travelers, next to Piazza Roma where buses from the airport unload and just across the Grande Canal from the train station. The breakfast buffet was very nice.

Our room was in the annex which was down the street about a block from the main hotel.

The bathroom towel heater was not working, which was not very nice for our winter stay

It was close to tge Santa Lucia Station (3 -5 min walking distance), and near the bus stop( for Treviso Airport TSF -1 min walk).

It is a little bit far from the major attractions, but overall, it's worth staying because you can experience the real Venice streets( not sailing ).

Well located to transportation - train, bus, water taxi, etc. We liked to location, but it was a little bit of a walk, although we took the water bus and enjoyed riding it daily. It's about 30 minutes walk to St. Marks Square, easy and enjoyable walk. Room was fantastic, comfortable bed, amazing views of the Grand Canal, easy to get to, no lugging luggage over bridges. Staff was very friendly and very helpful.

Confusion over breakfast. On Booking.com it says "full breakfast" in one location, "breakfast" in another location, but upon arriving at the hotel, we were told it was "continental" breakfast. We did push back and they immediately provided us a "full breakfast". That's the only thing, otherwise, we absolutely loved this hotel.

Location, the helpfulness of the staff. They were awesome. The room was great.

No ice buckets

The breakfast was satisfactory. They offered us a private boat to Murano at no charge and then too us to St Marks. The reception staff recommended restaurants and made reservations and the restaurants were excellent.

The toilet seat was broken but after much persistence they fixed it with a new seat.

The location of the hotel cannot be beat. We flew into Venice, airport shuttle was not available. The bus transport arrives in Venice across the street. We left Venice on the train and the hotel is one of the closest to the train station. We were write on the canal for easy access to transportation. Since the hotel is conveniently located to the train station, getting lost in Venice is no problem you will find a sign to point you in the right direction. I am confident you will be thrilled with the location!

The location is perfect! Buses, taxis, and shuttles are available near the hotel entrance. The vaporetto service is very close, great restaurants are in walking distance, and the train station is minutes away. We had a lovely view of the canal from our room and the staff could not have been more helpful. They even booked a trip to Murano on their private boat for us. I loved the salmon bagel sandwich with cucumber, cream cheese, onion, and lettuce so much that I had it every day for breakfast with fresh mixed fruit. We loved our stay and would definitely go back!!

It was a wonderful experience. I can’t think of any negatives.

The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. The rooms were well appointed and quiet. For the location, it was amazing how quiet the hotel was. The location was great. Near bus and train stations. Also water taxis right out the door. Breakfast was very good as well.

Noise pollution coming from workers upstairs we couldn’t sleep due to there walking steps sounds above us! Car parking not available also very expensive Air condition is not working properly Room wasn’t clean enough Very low quality shampoo ++

The staff was really friendly and helpful. The location was really good. Easy access to bus and trains.

I had a continental breakfast which was just sweets but guests can upgrade.

Centrally located, close to the train station. A lot of restaurants nearby and also close to the waterbus stops. Our room was clean, overlooking the grand canal. Bed was comfortable! Staff is very nice - we had a complimentary welcome champagne and also comp breakfast.

Shower is a little tight.
