The location is excellent and the staff is friendly and helpful.

The room was dingy. The toilet ran continuously making it difficult to sleep. The room looked nothing like the picture on the website. Very disappointing and overpriced.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. They were welcoming and helped us arrange out water taxi towards the end of our stay. The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety. Our room was spacious and clean. I highly recommend if you are staying in Venice.

Well located property beautifully and tastefully furnished with high ceilings and a lovely bathroom with tub and shower. Staff was responsive and helpful. Single mom traveling with teen daughter and felt very safe walking to and from hotel and restaurants after dark.

Transfers to and from hotel are quite expensive but that seems more like a Venice issue than a hotel issue but something one should consider when budgeting.

Location is amazing. This is my second time in this hotel and I would choose it again. The hotel is super clean and convenient. Breakfast is very good!

Standard room isn't what's expected on the photo. Would recommend booking the room with at least partial view of the canal. Otherwise youll be facing a wall.

The staff were amazing. Andrew, Thomas, Gabrielle, etc. where always there to support, give suggestions, and advice. Breakfast was perfect. You could have eggs made to order with a wide variety of other options as well.

the bathroo was so small it was hard to open the door and get in and the bed was too close to the wall by hte bathroom. I suggest you try to move the bed perhaps.

Beautiful location, very close to all the attractions in San Marco! The room was comfortable and very clean. The staff is exceptional, very helpful in all ways. Very kind!!Alexandro and Gaia are gems.Suggestions for evening dining and performance were exceptional. Musica a Palazzo was grand.Help with transport before and after. Thank you again to entire staff, dining staff were so professional and kind.

This is an amazing property tucked away in a side just steps away from the main busy areas. Located on Grand canal, tucked away on from the busyness of the walking tourist, shops and Restraunts , yet just 2 minutes walk! Rooms were superbly clean, modern, and definitely a 4 star!! Plenty of space for luggage considering how reviews I read on other hotels said rooms sizes would be small in Venice. Staff was very helpful and welcoming! Our hotel even had our staff member meet us at the water taxi as we arrived!

The hotel was so nice, modern, upscale and spacious! Very relieved and happy to see it was exactly what was shown on the website. Perfectly nestled just steps away from the main area of shopping and resteraunts, making it quiet and yet right at the Grand Canal. The rooms were so extremely clean, comfortable beds, spacious rooms and plenty of natural light even though we did not have a canal view. Staff was amazing and very sweet!

Perfect and quiet location. 15-20 minutes from train station walking distance if you don’t want to pay 70-90 euro for water taxi. Nice restaurants on reasonable prices on western part from hotel and unreasonable prices on eastern part. Very polite staff. Recommended place for quiet holidays.

We came from Paris with the rooms were little and we get to this auspicious hotel we were hosted by Alessandro Golden concierge Key, he gave us all the tips to go around the city restaurants places everything went above and beyond definitely a good experience having a concert key for our trip
