- The location was good
- How friendly the staf is!
- Location was great and the breakfast convenient for the family.
Cons -
- The room, fireplace, was extremely small. The pictures online were deceiving. There was no natural light. Even though there was a window it was not something you can even use since it was high.
- We had a small issue with the electrical in our room and had to switch rooms during our stay.
- The water for the hot tub/shower was only luke warm and the pillows were too hard.

How friendly the staf is!
Location was great and the breakfast convenient for the family.
We had a small issue with the electrical in our room and had to switch rooms during our stay.
The room was spacious and had a great view to the canals. Breakfast was ok, a small, but rich selection of items.
The water for the hot tub/shower was only luke warm and the pillows were too hard.
The staff was wonderful. The room decoration (we took the room with the jacuzzi) featured antique paintings on the ceiling and antique windows, creating a very special atmosphere. The bed was very comfortable, and the jacuzzi was very clean and worked perfectly.
There was a lack of electrical outlets near the bed.Breakfast was a bit limited in terms of vegetables.
Superb breakfast, clean and nice facilities, staff was very helpful! Definitely come back in the future :)
Excellent breakfast with a large choice of very fresh food. Strategic location: very central but out of the tourist busiest area; only a few minutes walk from St. Mark Square.
Big thanks to Simone :) she was amazing and always up for a little chatThe location is greatThe rooms have different themes which is a nice surprise and makes you curious about the rest of the hotel
The breakfast is ok enough to not to leave the hotel hungry, still it is lacking a bit of variety
Very bad experience not worth the money
I paid more than 700 euros for 2 nights for a place to host four people (my wife, 2kids and myself) and it was a disaster, very bad room very small for 4 people, the value I got for the price was very bad, nothing like the pictures. The staff were not good also, they are not present when you need them and can be quite rude as per my interaction with an Italian lady
Location was okay. Staff were pleasant and helpful Room was clean , small but what we expected for Europe. Value for money was fabulous. We were able to leave our luggage after checking out to still explore Venice this was very helpful. Breakfast was included and was definitely adequate with European standards.
The location is great and view from the window on the canal was amazing. Loved the bathtub, which was very clean.
The common areas smelled like sewage, which was weird. I'm pretty sure it's not the hotel's fault but it was not very charming to come to. The room itself felt very late 90s/early 2000 - everything was grey and red, you know the "futuristic" kind of vibe? I should have checked the pictures better but I was expecting something very romantic/medieval almost, with ceiling paintings and all so I was quite disappointed about this part. The bed was also very/too hard.
The staffs are friendlish.
The room is too small, no table, no space, no wifi.
Staff were great. Washroom was fantastic. Breakfast was superb!!!
Mattress reminded me of a time I slept on a floor. We booked on very short notice so our suite may have been all they had available.
We had a beautiful room with a spacious bathroom! Very clean, beautiful windows and right near the Rialto bridge. We took the vaporetto to the train and bus station. The vaporetto stop is just a few minutes away. The staff of this hotel are fantastic! They are a dedicated team, who were very helpful and most kind. The breakfast room is lovely and so is the selection of breakfast items. There is a super nice espresso and cappuccino self-serve coffee machine. We loved our coffees! We felt safe and the hotel is close to so many of Venice's attractions. We would definitely book this hotel again!
Perfect spot to explore Venice from. Comfortable bed and great shower. Friendly and helpful staff. Canal view right outside window. Near many nice bars and restaurants and walking distance to all tourist spots, but in a quieter part of city. Definitely recommend as a great priced base to explore Venice.
Slightly noisy when people checking in and in morning with delivery boats on canal right outside window but all part of the experience and infrequent so no issue.
Breakfast is very good. All staff are friendly and helpful especially Mildred. We even met the hotel owner who is kind and helpful too. This hotel is a great place to stay as it's very near the Rialto Bridge. I would recommend it to our friends and family.
extremely friendly and courteous staff in a great location easy walking distance to St. marks, the Realto bridge drop off from the airport by water taxi a 3 minute walk to the hotel, fresh breakfast every day I would highly recommend them great stay
Basic room but staff were friendly, great location, good value, bed was abit hard for my wife but fine for me. Hotel was
Great location, walkable from train stations and to tourist spots. Very comfortable beds. Room was a generous size. Quiet. Flexible with late check in- made this super easy and communication was great. Also let us leave our bags there for the day as we had a late train to catch
Needs a little TLC, e.g loose tiles in shower. But still clean!
The location was ok; 5 minutes walking to Ponte de Rialto and around 18 minutes to San Marco basilica.
Facilities - the room wasn't clean and it had a musty smell (we staied in one of the rooms on the ground floor). There were no waredrobe, no chair in the room.
