Fantastic location - easy walk even with luggage from main water taxi at St Marco plaza. If water if just right, taxi can take even closer. On a quiet side water alley. Beautiful little courtyard/bar. Perfect boutique hotel with personal service.

I was immediately moved to a secondary hotel and there was no netting on the windows leading me to get 50 mosquito bites on my face and body ruining the rest of my trip.

Our room was very comfortable and warm during a cold Spring. The breakfast was fresh each morning and served by a friendly staff. The historic charm is also very appealing. The location is excellent, right off of Saint Marks Square, and in a quiet area.

It is better than a 4 star hotel. Friendly staff. Breakfast is good. Location is best. Hotel rooms are a bit small but looked great with the new interior. An elevator would be nice but they helped me with my bags so wasn¿t an issue. It¿s a steal!!!

This was a unique, upscale,comfortable and amazing hotel. We chose to do an upgrade to get the balcony rather than stay in their annex property. It was well worth the extra ¿60 per day, and the manager even threw in free breakfast. outstanding!

This little gem was exactly what I imagined..the location is so close to waterfront but set back among gorgeous little streets across a bridge like an beautiful scene from a movie. The welcome at reception is exceptional ..after a long day travelling their warmth and the hotel's ambiance is exactly what the traveller needs. Their knowledge is on the spot and they are so willing to assist. The dining room staff are also a gem . I loved our stay here.. The beautiful room the complimentary treats are amazing ..location is key here also. If you are looking to experience luxury and old world Charm , this is the hotel to go to.

The staff was so nice and helped us secure a taxi, then helped us get our bags there. He made sure we got on the taxi okay.

Very clean and comfortable. We had a great canal view from our room. The staff was amazing. They arranged a private water taxi for us (for a fee) both to and from the airport. They picked us up from the taxi stop and carried our bags all the way to our room. They gave us a map on arrival with suggestions on the best things to see in the city. We paid for the breakfast during our stay and it was very good. Eggs, meat, cheese, bread, pancakes, pastries, yogurt, cereal, fresh fruit, hot coffee, juice. Truly the best hotel breakfast we've ever had. Everything we did was about a 15-30 minute walk. We enjoyed great food and Gelato in the area. We would definitely stay in this hotel again.

Everything was excellent and the staff was amazing. We struggled to locate the hotel but someone stayed on the phone to guide us in the right direction. The hospitality was impeccable!!

Directions to hotel could be a little clearer. A notation to use Google Maps instead of Apple is strongly needed.

The host at reception was smug and flat out lied about the temperature control for the room saying it was impossible to change it from the nearly 28 Celsius. It was unbearable and I had to insist he turn on the AC given my spouse’s health condition. Miraculously, he fixed it upon shielding from view the master control system he had access to all along. I get the hotel may want to conserve energy but not at the discomfort of guests.
