    Pros +

    • The staff at the hotel was excellent. Everybody was extremely friendly and accommodating.
    • The location was close to the heart of Venice. The breakfast was great at the hotel.
    • definitely the best staff! happy, friendly and very helpful

    Cons -

    • The hotel was supposed to be pre-paid, but they said they just put a hold on the credit card initially and then I had to make a full payment again. I did not like that since everything should¿ve been prepaid.
    • Expensive to take the water taxi to/from the location. Not close to a stop on the water ferry, had to carry my luggage over bridges. Was asked for an extra ¿20 per day for towels and breakfast for my 15 month old but "waived" the charge on my objection!!
    • Not a thing.

Staff could not be more helpful and friendly. Great accommodations in a wonderful location although the hotel can be difficult to find. It took us a couple of days to get used to it as it is located in an alley off an alley.

    Not a thing.

Beautiful property with an excellent staff. Breakfast was delicious. The front desk did a great job with arranging transportation to train station.

    We liked everything about it.

Except for the unexpected mosquitoes it was great

Definitely keep the air conditioning on. We opened the 3 windows and the little vap machine could not handle the dozens and dozens of mosquitoes that literally ate my partner alive! It was not good!

Quaint/Private/Quiet square. Complimentary breakfast was AMAZING!

    No complaints

The breakfast was amazing. The staff was exceptional. We loved the location and how tucked away this hotel was from crowds. The rooms were lovely!

Small room but clean and comfortable. Soundproof is good. The male front desk staff is very nice and helpful. Breakfast is great! The location was superb! Between Rialto and St. Mark’s Square, both within easy walking distance.

Hotel was super cute, comfy and the location was amazing. Breakfast each morning offered many options and was very good. Room size was excellent with an additional sitting area.

The location is so nice, it felt tucked away like a hidden gem, but it’s close to everything. My absolute favorite part was the breakfast (seriously, so good!). The staff were always kind and helpful, which made the stay even better.

Nothing comes to mind, I had a lovely stay.

Proximity to St. Mark’s square (literally a five minute walk) can’t be beat. The hotel staff was very friendly and super helpful with all our questions. The room was very clean and comfortable and plenty of hot water for showers. Finally, the breakfast was delicious and plentiful and really got us fueled up for our day of sight seeing.

Top notch, centered. We were leaving at 2 am and they had a lunch box prepped for us ?

    I loved everything

    9JennyPosted on: 12-8-2025

Clean, Convenient, great breakfast and wonderful staff.

    10MargaretPosted on: 10-29-2025

Breakfast was not only a wide variety of fresh fruits, vegetables, pastries, meats and eggs but was beautifully presented. Everything was exceptional, very elegant, very clean. The location was a little difficult to find the first day but that made this a hidden gem. The staff was so very helpful for any need we had as well as answering all of our questions about where to go and how to get there.

I can't think of anything that I didn't like. Everything was very nice, We continued our journey southward thru Italy and stayed in several other properties but had to say this one was our favorite.

Very comfortable hotel with an excellent breakfast. Quiet location and a friendly staff willing to assist us with restaurant recommendations and arranged our private water taxi to the airport.

    10PilarPosted on: 10-15-2025

I loved the location! Right in the center of Venice near S. Marcos’s Square and The Rialto Bridge but in a secluded tranquil courtyard. The breakfast was incredible!

    The room was very dark.

    9RohitPosted on: 10-10-2025

Location is great, very close to Rialto bridge and good eateries. It's 5mins from the Rialto vaporetto station. Hotel breakfast was good and rooms were beautiful. Good AC and very comfortable mattress and pillows. I was able to find the hotel using google maps and also because i had seen a picture of the courtyard and the hotel on booking.com earlier, but you can always call the reception for directions since the narrow streets of Venice feels like a maze when you first arrive there but it gets better after you walkaround a bit .

    Nothing. Everything was great.
