Noise from the next door bar clearly wide to after midnight. Needs to replace windows in the rooms with sound isolation.

Very close to train station. The receptionist was very cute and friendly. The room was nice with a balcony. The breakfast was also good. Awesome hotel!

The room especially the curtains needs to be washed and cleaned as it had dust. There should have been cups for coffee as I had requested earlier.

Authentic charm, friendly and helpful staff.

It would be nice to start the breakfast earlier than 8am.

No problems with checkin, room was spacious.

Signage could have been better. Hotel in a narrow alley and the steps at the front door are always a pain for us oldies with luggage.

A lot of construction projects going on around the hotel along the channel.

Great location for us. Walk to the train station was only about 10-15 minutes and very close to Vaporetto & Alilaguna stop.Good restaurants and grocery nearby. Alice was so very pleasant and helpful!

The room was a bit small and warm. Even with the heat off & window open, it was uncomfortable for me.Thankfully the staff found a table fan & brought it to our room….helpful!

I never see so small bathroom, the shower was a challenge even worse for my husband.

Very friendly staff. We asked to extend the choice of breakfast (at the beginning it was only sweet stuff) and the lady in the kitchen brought to us what we asked for.Room was excellent, a superb canopy bed.It was possible to leave the luggage after the check-out.

No hooks in the bathroom.Noise from outside because of freight ships (the window was just above the canal).

The building was at a good location.

We booked a room 3 months in advance that was supposed to have a balcony. The day before we were to arrive I received an email saying my room could be changed without notice. When we arrived, we were given a ground floor room behind the check-in counter that had paper thin walls and a door leading to a games room on the other side. We couldn’t open the windows because of the mosquitos. There was ants. And the air conditioning blew hot air.

The location was excellent!!! Front desk people were helpful in telling us how to get to places.

Small room. No microwave (haven’t noticed those at all though in Italy). The blonde lady in the breakfast room not very friendly. Oh, facing the alley, didn’t like the music at restaurant next door going on loudly late into the night

Nice and clean room! The location was perfect. Very good hotel for value!

A bar is very close, it was quiet noisy til late. But as the day was busy, we are tired enought to not get disturbed :)
