Friendly ,helpful staff, great location only 5 minutes walk from the central station

Close to the train and bus stations, has an elevator

The walls are thin, so we heard a lot of the other guests and staff's ongoing, the bathrooms/rooms are older

This hotel is very conveniently located near the Venezia Santa Lucia train station. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the bed is comfortable. Highly recommended

No kettle in the room

LOVED the location. Close to the station, so we left my bags at the hotel as soon as we arrived and went for a walk. On the day of check-out, it was also possible to leave the luggage at the reception - very helpful, considering that we had to take a train in the evening.The room was spacious, quiet. Very helpful and friendly staff. Good for a short one/two-day stay!

It was VERY cold in the evening and at night, no way to make the room warmer (in November). The bathroom was not in the best condition, could use some attention. The beds were not so comfortable.

The location was very good and the staff was very nice. They were very kind and helpful.

The room did not have AC and was practically an oven. Had to open the windows which led to a mosquito infestation and a bunch of mosquito bites.

we found this accomadation perfect , location was 5 min walk from station and with huge luggage no lining up and waiting to get on a water taxi and struggling was great. In the middle of a busy street but noise was not a problem. Arrived to a lovely greeting and shown our room. The lift was a bonus and the room was perfect. Rooom was plenty of space and it was clean. We found the location and the restruants and shopping easy to access and loved our stay.

Beds were uncomfortable to my liking, and the bathroom was a little dingey.

Didn’t love that our room didn’t have its own bathroom in the room, there was no fan or AC in the bedroom, and the bed wasn’t super comfortable.

The property was in a great location, very clean and comfortable.

We had an economy room so we didn’t have a fridge and our bathroom was external, however it was pretty good value for money, we made it work.

The location was off a main road with restaurants and was a 3 min walk to the train station and water taxis and 10 mins from the bus stop to and from the airport, which was helpful. Great location!

The bathroom was “cleaned,” but still dirty, old and smelly. It was a very basic room.

The location is unbeatable as it's close to the train station and center of the city.

We stayed in this hotel three years ago. It has changed the ownership since. Now it's owned by Indians. Nothing against them, but the new owner is not taking care the property. There is a bucket in the hallway to catch linking water and the bathroom toilet paper holder is not functional.

There are no curtains on the windows just metal doors. No air conditioning there is only a fan. Also there was a foul odor coming from the drain in the bathroom. We have to open the windows for fresh air, but mosquito repellent didn’t work. My family got bites over whole body. I got 26 mosquito bite blister and couldn’t slept for 2 days. The worse hotel ever in my life ?

Tooooo small room, toooo small bathroom. If you want to put a shower cabin, a toilet, a bidet and a sink in 1 sq. m ask them.

Everything - the hotel was not very clean and the room was very small and uncomfortable. You could hear the conversations in the adjacent rooms.

Location was pretty good, close to some attractions as well as the train station, some cafes, restaurants etc

The water in the shower was boiling hot, a lot of the room was dusty/ not clean, the fan provided did not work and was full of dust, and the sheets had some stains. It was also very noisy, from the room I was in, I could hear every single thing going on inside and outside the hotel.

Location is very close to the train station and bus stop. We had an early flight therefore it was important for us. Generally the hotel was comfortable and the staff was very polite and accommodating. The breakfast was good as well.

After multiple emails about check in date and time, we arrived and were told we had no room reserved even with confirmation emails /code. We were told we had to pay for additional room, night staff (gentleman) was rude, not cooperative and accused me of not knowing when & what I reserved even with confirmation emails to show. Was given a dirty closet size room and separate dirty additional room for additional “family discount rate” to stay in upon check in later at night. This location is super close to the train station. Hotel was very very dirty, mold on walls, ceiling and floors, hair found in bed along with some kind of sticky tape or such. Floor had a huge dip where bed was so bed was not level, Fans and light fixtures were broke hanging by cables/wires. No AC as stated in reservation, no Toilet paper, dirty towels, left over food in room and the luggage storage was wide open in lobby for all to see /steal.

It was really comfortable, they gave us free water and everything was well cleaned

Great location close to the train station and water taxis. The staff is exceptional and extremely friendly. Beds are comfortable.
