Hotel Al Ponte Dei Sospiri

A stunningly beautiful room with balcony facing the Bridge of Sighs. The chandelier was gorgeous!

I wished for a tiny table & chair on the balcony.

A true highlight of our stay was the personalized attention from Rafaelle. He made us feel like royalty, preparing and serving a customized breakfast each morning either in our room or on a lovely balcony with views of the canal. Great location & views.

Great location. Very luxurious for the price. Large tub in the bathroom. Very good, included breakfast. Helpful staff.

There were some cosmetic issues in the room, small holes in the wall that could've been fixed before placing guests there. It's on a noisy street.

Some of the staff was extremely rude and they also charged me for a 5 year old $50 euros per night which is very steep.

A nicely decorated, spacious room. Large bathroom with great water pressure. Free wifi (though too spotty for doing serious work).

The hotel should have provided a warning that street construction would be taking place outside our room beginning at 1 AM (Yes, that's right, at 1 AM!!!) and it lasted until almost 8 AM. Neither my wife nor I got any sleep.......... VERY FRUSTRATING!!

It had a great view of the canals and gondolas! And it was on a street where there were plenty of restaurants to choose from.

The furniture was a bit dirty. And the hde That holds toilet paper was broken. And we didn't like the fact that there was no glass door on bathtub. For the price we paid which exceeded $--- a night it was ok.

Staff were quite pleasant and knowledgeable ! Breakfast was delicious as well

TV did not work, but that was not a concern to me

We paid extra for a room with a canal view, it was a nice room with a view but overpriced for what we received.

2nd night was noisy with the elevator Constantly moving. AC does not work at night as it is fixed at 21 def C and ur was very warm. In cooler months would be fine for temp. Overall great stay. Arrivaderci Venezia

This beautifully decorated room located minutes from St. Mark's square with a postcard canal view and a delicious breakfast served in your room will complete your visit to this magical city.

Room was very spacious. It is next to the canal. Breakfast service was on time and lots of choices, server was very courteous. Staff very helpful and accommodating.

So close to the piazza. Venice is lovely and the staff at the hotel were extremely helpful.
