Hotel Guerrini

Was short walking distance from train station. Easily accessible. Very comfortable. Would Definitely stay there again. Was set back off the street so was quiet. Had a nice sitting area outside. Wonderful shower and hot water pressure.

Missed it twice walking by. But finally found it.

We liked the staff and the cleanliness of the hotel. We also liked the location

For a little more comfort we would have liked slippers and places in the shower to hold the soap or the shampoo

Staff were friendly and location was an easy 5-min walk from the train station without having to go over any steps so no porters were needed.

Room was small but fit 4 people including luggage. Room is bare bones but was clean.

Air conditioner was too loud. Room was small. No water or even a cup for drinking water. No elevator. Breakfast had very limited choice and tasted bad.

The location was just a five minute walk from the train station, which was amazing! It was also off of a Main Street, but just to the side enough that it wasn’t overwhelming. The room was comfortable and very clean.

The internet was horrible. 2 minutes or so on and then disappear for a little while. This was the case for the 2nd building cross the main hotel. No action was taken despite several complaints to include a request to change the room. Could not complete an email or wifi phone call.No coffee or tea in the room

The staff was great. Extremely helpful navigating the delivery of our delayed luggage to the hotel. Very kind, too. The location was great. Less than a 10 min walk from the train station and within the city.

Room is a little small, but that is expected in this area given its price point and age of the building.

The hotel was on a charming little side street steps away from the hustle and bustle. Everything one would want to see was within walking distance. A short walk to the boats. Close to the canal. The staff was wonderful. The receptionist Georgia was so helpful. The rooms were quiet, and exceptionally clean.

Single female in her 20s here. I felt safe in this hotel, especially because the location gives u access to all the islands without having to lug ur items thru uneven paths, stairs, and narrow pathways. The walk to the train was safe and 8 minutes (i had to catch a 6am train). I didn’t have the breakfast but the dining area looked decently sized. I was in a single room. They even held my luggage before check in! The staff was nice and helpful.Room itself was clean, decently sized with a nice window access, and the bathroom was clean. I checked for bugs on the bed just in case, and it was very clean. The interior design of the rooms is nice.

Honestly nothing to say in this regard. Yes you can hear other people staying in the hotel because the floors feel thin; however, it wasnt that bad since ppl were respectful. Just use noise plugs. This isnt that serious since the price is fair.

The bed was not clean. I found hair in the bed and the staff (at least one of the front desk) was not very helpful.

Secluded location in an alley, far enough from the noise and hustle of the street.

Shower needs a bit of fixing. The shower head kept moving around and would perfectly hit spots were water would immediately pool OUTSIDE the shower. It was also always stuffy but we couldn’t open the windows due to mosquitos. The air was only heat it seemed.

The air conditioning wasn’t functioning properly even though it was set to 22°C, and the room felt quite warm, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The shower area felt very cramped. Additionally, there was only one key for the room, which made it inconvenient — we couldn’t leave while the rest of the family stayed, since the key had to remain in place for the lights to work.

The location was great. We could walk from Piazzale Roma with our luggage. It was close to a lot of restaurants and a reasonable walk to the main sites of Venice, but it was on a side alley, so it was quiet.

Our toilet had an issue - it took a really long time to fill, even after we reported the problem. The room was small, but I guess that's to be expected.

Friendly staff and very informative. Before we started our Venice / Murano day trip the desk clerk explained directions for water taxis name and numbers as well as things to be aware of like pick pockets with their techniques to steal from you. Places to see and a map to refer to. Great staff. Another thing is the close location to both the train station and water taxis to get around.

Perhaps a little more breakfast menu. Local traditions are well worth protecting but most tourists have a full day planned around the city. All in all a great p[lace to stay.

The place was very clean, the room had cookies in addition to the typical water, kettle, coffee and tea. Location 5 minutes walk from train station. And the staff were very nice and helpfull.

The only downside was that the building didn't have any elevator, but it is only three floors building.
