Hotel Nuovo Teson

The breakfast is simple and nice. Able to heat up the breads and croissants which made the meals more delicious. Coffee is nice. The receptionist guy and the lady working in the breakfast room are friendly and helpful.

Have to walk a little bit from St Mark's Square.

Construction! We knew this was possible since we came in December just sucked our window opened into construction!

Location was perfect!. Stayed in the annex building, the only thing I didn’t like is I have a top floor and there was no elevator, but they did help with the suitcases. The staff at the front desk was quite nice accommodating and breakfast was great.

The property is in a perfect location. It’s close enough to all the main attractions and the boats, but far enough away that you don’t feel overwhelmed. We had breakfast one day of our stay and it was great value for the money, good enough variety, clean tables and friendly staff.

The property had originally said they’d help us with a taxi/pickup/ tour and then they never followed through and it did not feel like they wanted to put an effort to that. The staff working nights Radu- was very helpful and he helped us navigate getting to the airport.

Super close to Saint Marks Square, the water taxi, gondola rides, etc…

Pillows were a little hard but location made it worth it.

Loved our stay at Nuovo Teson. The facilities were really nice. Property seem recently renovated. Staff were very friendly. 3 minutes walk from the ferry station and close walking distance to all major attractions in Venice

I liked that it was only a five-minute walk from the dock. I liked how accommodating the staff was. Very helpful carrying my suitcase up the stairs and down for me.

My room had a bad smell, the toilet and shower weren’t clean enough. The towels had a funny smell

The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was very good, location was perfect.

The shower was very tight but we managed. I wouldn't recommend it though for a larger person. This should be taken into consideration when booking.

The location and front desk staff were friendly and willing to answer any questions we had. We had an early flight to catch and they made making arrangements super easy!

The AC in our room did not cool our room well.

Air conditioning in the room struggled to cool our room. Friends did not have that issue in their room

The location was ok as close to the square but I think you can find a better property for comparable price. The staff were very friendly but the hotel needs a refresh

No lift, you have to carry your bags up to even the first floor. The rooms need a refresh, not as nice as shown in the pictures, the walls need paint, the seats in poor condition, the bathroom is tiny, has trouble fitting in the shower. We were on a room in the first floor and I could hear the person next to my room use the bathroom and hear the pipes everyone time someone flushed in the entire hotel.

Bathroom was very small. The view was a bit of a let down of an alleyway. The professional photos on Booking made the room in reality seem not quite as good.

Room needed a refresh, bathroom looked very tired, but it was clean and tidy.

Location was perfect, very close to the main attractions but far enough to not be surrounded by tourists all day long. Staff was very nice and the bathroom is completely new which is always nice in a hotel! Bed were comfy and room cleaning very thorough!

The price! Quite expansive for such a small room but to be expected when you stay in Venice!

Shower was completely transparent with no spot to change in private. Not a great room to travel if you are traveling with someone whom you are not comfortable being unclothed.

The hotel is so well located within easy walking distance of most tourist attractions. The staff were very accommodating, the room was a little small with large bags which had to be carried upstairs and the room was a little warm.

The room was smaller than the photos showed. Small details missing such as towels or toilet paper; we had to ask for few things.Breakfast was good enough if you love eating cakes and sweets for breakfast but small savoury choice and not options for alternative foods such as plant based yogurtsStaff was super helpful and friendly. Excellent location. Very close to various boat stations, which is quite convenient. A 5-10 mins walking distance from Doge Palace and St Mark's square. Rialto bridge is a 15 min walk away.Excellent front desk service. He helped us a lot with getting around, restaurant suggestions, touring options and quite a few useful recommendations.Good breakfast. Basic spread, but quite nice especially if you don't have leisure time to go around looking for breakfast.

The bed wasn't comfortable.Apparently the AC doesn't cool until summer! We had to open the window to avoid being claustrophobic, but it's noisy until midnight.
