This hotel is so charming!! Great location, nice breakfast, friendly staff!! Everything was great:)

The employees are rude and don't help me with my concerns. The hotel is not in good conditions ( Hairdryer didn't work, wifi had a very poor signal, the room key didn't work well and the lock was very oily and they didn't repair it).

The staff were friendly and this room was efficient for our one day trip in Venice.

The room was small the shower was uncomfortably small.

2 star hotel. Not 4....

The front desk workers were extremely friendly! They gave great advice and always helped us out.

We really appreciate the gesture of putting the gift for us by the staff. We were pleased and enjoyed it.

Location a plus and a minus. Close to San Marco but also noisy until midnight and then starting early as deliveries begun Really nice period room and friendly staff. Close to many restaurants etc. Breakfast was ok but could do with some fruit.

Constructions (?) going on on a ground floor. Garbage bags, and broken sink on the floor right at the main entrance… perhaps it would take someone 10 minutes to clean that stuff and make it look better… The bathroom is tiny… I doubt if a person above 200 lbs would fit into the shower...

The location was good

The soft furnishings and walls were really dirty. The room had a horrible chemical smell - it was really intense When i called someone to tell them about it they hung up. When i waited all night to talk to someone in reception they didnt admit there was any smell

The location was very good, close to the central 50m from St. Marc Square. Was close also grocery and restaurant. Everybody was so kind. Easy to entrance. Breakfast was good and abundant. I recommend it to others too.

Amazing location, you can walk to Plaza San Marco or to the Rialto bridge in minutes. It’s close to many amazing restaurants and a grocery store is right next to the hotel. The breakfast in the morning is a good start to your day. The front desk staff is very helpful and kind. I highly recommend this hotel for your Venice stay.

Great location! Short walk to st marks and easy walk from the Rialto water bus station. The staff were great and a good breakfast!

Great location in the heart of Venice. Finding the hotel was an experience in itself but was fun to ‘ROME’ about. Hotel provided an excellent FREE breakfast with pastries, cereal, salami assortment, expresso machine, and juices. Also hotel restaurant next door which was great for dinner.

Just the stairs as carrying suitcases is tight. No elevator.

The location was close to major tourist attractions. Appreciated the large dresser for our clothes. Staff was helpful but was not present the entire day.

Water was lukewarm at best - this was tolerable to cool off given the immense heat in the summer but unacceptable on cooler days. The rooms were small for a triple and could have benefitted from having 1 less night stand. Lastly, there was an unpleasant odor in the bathroom which luckily didn’t permeate to the room once we closed the door.

Safe and easy to find. Nice restaurant on the premise. Wonderful staff. The room is authentically Venetian and the bed was very comfortable. The location is close to both San Marco and Rialto to make it ideally convenient while still staying peaceful.

Would have preferred an upgrade on the coffee, which is a commercial automatic machine. There is no decaffeinated coffee either.

Location was incredible. It was a 3 minute walk to St. Marks Square and everything else was a quick 5-10 minute walk. They provided a welcome bottle of prosecco which was a great surprise and we loved our room looking straight down the ancient street.

The shower had no where to put anything. There was no hooks for the towels. The towels and other linens were just as ancient as the hotel. They should get replaced. Just bc the building and room is ancient doesn’t mean the bed, and linens need to be.

Comforter on the bed had numerous stains on it. Bathroom had no counter space. Water temperature in shower never got warm enough
