Good location. Not far from bus station and main attractions.

Elevator didn't work for several days, would like to have a kettle and tea in the room, probably a little bit more variety in the breakfast menu.

These are simple, comfortable accommodations, reasonably priced, in an unbeatable location. Close good Dorsoduro bars and restaurants, Accademia bridge, easy to get to train station and Giudecca by vaporetto. Would stay again.

Breakfast is included but very basic. The rooms in the Domus Cavanis are in a building across the street from the hotel where you check in. The building itself is quiet and felt empty when we first arrived, but there were other guests.

The location, the cappuccino in the morning, breakfast overall.

The bed, it is not straight.

Room was clean and comfortable. Good location, off a quiet street a 5-10 minute walk into the busy area of town. No one working at the Domus, they gave a key card to get into the building and room from reception directly across the street & one building down but I didn’t mind it made coming and going quiet and easy. Breakfast across the way was good. Staff there was very nice. Big elevator & multiple outlets. Working AC in the room too! Would definitely stay again.

Bathrooms are old so slow plumbing but did the job!

Good staff. Food is okay. The room is cleaned daily and everything is clean.

Wifi was a little weak since the signal is from the sister hotel.

Location is amazing, if you want to walk arround all the Venice.Breakfast was fine.Perfect for one night.

Interior is old and looks terrible. The room was dark and heavy. This hotel has no staff. Near the hotel is another hotel that makea chek-in procedures but the administrator wasnt very friendly.

    Location was good

Staff was not that much polite. breakfast was included but if you take a bit more staff and old lady there was asking about the reason why are you taking more!?you do not feel comfortable with this supervision .

The check-in was polite and the staff warm and helpful. Dogs were allowed at breakfast, which always makes me feel a little more at home!

The hotel felt… Split. The building itself feels almost caught in between - between being open and abandoned, functional and unfinished. Just this odd stillness that gave the impression that part of the hotel had been left behind in time - or perhaps mid-renovation. Either way, it felt a little ghostly. We were put in one building, but breakfast was served in another - not next door, not connected - a whole separate structure, like a puzzle piece that didn’t quite fit. It made mornings feel like a chore, not a moment to savor. The shower was barely wide enough to turn around in, the TV was a mess of hanging wires and a remote that didn’t work until we changed the batteries ourselves. Late at night, a loud noise shook the walls. It wasn’t a party - just some random guests drunk enough to wake the dog and make me check the time!

They upgraded me to a double bed when I booked a single room, loved the decoration.

Wish i can give NEGATIVE FEEDBACK. Nothing to Like about it. We are frequent traveler but this hotel was the worst nightmare, for any traveler, specially with kids.Very unhygienic and wasn't dusted since ages. Was so dirty felt like vomiting

Wasn't dusted since ages, everythingwas torn and damaged. Was horribly dirty.Management is worst, no one helped till we escalated. Also no hot water was there for our arrival day.The hotel corridor was also very dirty and damaged everywhere. If anyone wants to spoil there vacation , do visit this hotel. The TV was not working, toilet flush was broken

Great location, 2 min to Zattere vaporetto stop.24-hour check-in (although you have to go to a hotel in another building across the street).

The hotel is quite old and in need of renovation. The room was clean but the bed linen had holes in it and the shower door did not close. The WiFi did not work at all (only the hotel in another building across the road had a signal).

    5FahadPosted on: 4-19-2025

    The location

The air quality of the room, there is no refrigerator

    8GarmaritaPosted on: 2-17-2025

Locations is just perfect! breakfast was ok.

The sign of hotel name was completely invisible - on old A4 paper in window. Towels were missing in room - so have to go to other building to ask at reception.

    8RayanePosted on: 2-7-2025

The hotel is nice and the decoration is beautiful. There is breakfast served in the hotel just in front.

The beds could be a little bit more comfortable. The breakfast room is busy
