Hotel Commercio & Pellegrino

The location was very convenient to public transportation and the major sites we wanted to see. The room was was very clean and had everything we needed. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Having a daily breakfast was a very nice feature.

Though convenient, it was a busy location that could be a little noisy at night. In April neither the A/C or heater were available, but we had to have the windows open to be comfortable at night. Without window screens we were very bitten by mosquitos.

The location was incredible, couldn¿t be any closer to the sites of Venice. They had an elevator which was a lifesaver as I¿m traveling alone and have a 50 lb suitcase with me.

Hotel was a little dated but I wanted a hotel with a more authentic feel, not someplace super modern.

Location, cleanliness and staff were helpful.

A bit warm in the room.

Very comfortable, quiet, and spacious room with an excellent bathroom. AC worked great which is rare these days it seems. Perfect location near Vaparetto dock and St Mark's.

Great stay.Commercio Pellegrino is a quiet and well-located hotel, close to everything but away from the crowds. The room was clean and comfortable, with a great bed and an excellent shower. Friendly staff and a very welcoming atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again

The room decor was elegant and the accommodations felt upscale even though the hotel was very reasonably priced. You could not find a better location in all of Venice. Very close to St.Marks as well as the water transportation stations. Also, there are many places to eat and drink nearby.

The room was on the small side and there was no view from the window.

A little noisy when the windows were open but once they were closed you couldn’t hear the street noise .

The delicious bariacious breakfast, the very clean room and the excellent location 2 minutes walk from the water bus stop and the main attractions

There was no possibility of putting the air conditioning so I slept was difficult because of the heat, you could not open the window because of the outside noise.

The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. They all went above and beyond to assist when needed.As an example, we had a very early departure and would not be able to enjoy breakfast, and they went above and beyond to call duty to prepare a bag breakfast for my wife and I to take on our journey.

Nothing except the room had no view

The property was very reasonably priced. It was located a few minute walk from Piazza San Marco. The rooms were small and the bathroom was small with a small shower. This is what I expected for the location and price. I'm from the western part of America. So, we are used to much larger hotel rooms. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice. The breakfast was good. I really enjoyed staying here and would recommend the place. They even arranged for a water taxi to the airport and the front desk person helped roll our luggage to the water taxi location.

The location was exceptional. It was convenient to public transportation, bars and restaurants, and attractions. Most importantly, it was easy to find!

The staff could have been a little more friendly, but no complaints really.

The location is amazing, is the right at the St.Marco square, close to water taxi. The breakfast was pretty good, and we got lucky with our room: our windows faced a quiet backyard.
